“Tailster was very useful for finding someone to look after our cat over Christmas. The website/app itself is quite unresponsive/slow. We only had a couple of offers so didn’t have much choice but overall a really useful service. No issues with making the booking and our cat sitter did a great job.”

“Good service and will be using it when we go away for the holidays again. Only negative was that the first carer I booked cancelled on us two weeks before we were going away for Christmas, and it then took several hours for me to be able to get in touch with Tailster to place another ad for a carer. The customer service following this incident was quite good, however, so I will take this incident as a 'one-off' and will be using Tailster again. The second carer we found through Tailster was amazing.”

“Finding a sitter was super easy, received multiple quotes within a few hours and had everything sorted in the same day. However, the app needs some work and is not user friendly. The web browser version is practically unusable. Best to get the app and have some patience...”

“This was very useful when we needed a cat sitter over Christmas. It was easy to post asking for a sitter. We quickly recieved multiple offers, and the sitter was great. All very easy and cheap.”

“I found tailster to be the air bnb of dog care. It’s perfect for people like us who love having a dog but need the odd ad-hoc care from time to time when we go on holiday. I found the app to be a little clunky and outdated but will definitely use again in the future.”

“Tailster is an easy to use system to find a pet carer. I like the fact you also have the protection from insurance etc and can have walks tracked.”

“Used Tailster for the first time last week, they managed to find care for my dog at very short notice. Would recommend for peace of mind with insurance. Only downfall was couldn’t get hold of anyone on phone when I needed help with app.”

“Great service that helped introduce potential dog walkers via an easy to use app. Would of been a 5 star rating if the tracked walks was working on the app. Hopefully this can be sorted for the next walk. Highly recommend regardless.”

“It was quite hard to find a carer in my area, but tailster tried their best to find someone for when we needed someone. So worth the wait! She's lovely and just great with our rescue boy. I really love the fact tailster give you help whenever you need it and lots of advice. I struggled setting up payment the first time and it was no bother for them to help me through it. Payment is so quick and easy and a great system for busy owners. One email once a week saying what my bill will be. Really pleased with the service.”

“Tailster has helped me find a great person to care for our two cats whilst we go on holiday. We were able to receive photos of our cats through the Tailster app whilst we were on holiday. I felt confident that they were being well looked after. Now I can happily book another holiday knowing that we have a really reliable and caring person to care for our pets.”
