“We found our new dogsitter, Kelly (Keeping up with the K9s) through Tailster. We actually had a few to choose from all of whom I'm sure would be great. We chose to go with Kelly as she was willing and able to house sit as well as dog sit. She was also fabulous with our dog Lola who liked her instantly. We would definitely use her again.”

“This is a very useful and largely straight forward service. I like how you can advertise abs people then bid to win congrats. I like the profiles, the uploaded photos and maps of walks.”

“Great tool to find trusted pet care in the area. Really straight forward to list your requirements and all information clearly displayed and accessible to be able to view carers details. Only reason rating is not 5 stars is because the system is quite inflexible if bookings require cancellation or amendment. There should maybe be an option to pay for trial walks separately as they have not been to the regular times and days which our recurring booking will be.”

“The walker I have found on tailster is absolutely brilliant. However, the app very frequently malfunctions including 'tracked walks' not occurring properly or at all and it continuously crashing when trying to view/make bookings, see photos etc.”

“Friendly, polite, helpful staff. Relatively decent mobile app that needs some tweaks. Great choice of dog walkers and your dog is insured for any injury if you book with Tailster. Some work required on linking dog sitting when you go on holidays with pre-booked dog walks as I was still getting emails to put down how many dog walks I had even though my dog was with the dog walker the whole week.”

“The service itself is good. However i find the app and website confusing when msgs are exchanged between sitters and pet owners. Also i cant seem to change my details anywhere on the app or website. I just dont see the option. What if i want to change my card details?”

“The dog walkers I have engaged through Tailster are excellent and punctual and my pooch appears to enjoy his strolls with them. The dog boarder with whom my dog lodged whilst I was on holiday was likewise excellent. The company’s website has significant shortcomings. It's poorly designed and rather chaotic and I find it difficult to list my requirements and to book.”

“Very useful when my regular walker couldn't sit our dog. I posted up the requirement and got a few quotes pretty quickly. The only problem I find is updating information is not available unless on desktop and not mobile and the messages are sometimes slow to come through the app. Thanks”
