“Successfully found a someone good to look after my dog whilst I'm away, so does the job! The website isn't the most intuitive, despite asking you to enter all your contact info, it doesn't actually share this with the person I booked which didn't make sense.”

“The site itself and especially the app are a bit clunky to use but the service itself is fantastic. It’s our first time leaving our dog and Tailster helped us to feel confident with who we were trying out and offers insurance cover to all dog sitters and walkers. Will use again!”

“After a few teething problems of getting to grips with the website, I can definitely recommend Tailster for a range of services. We used it for a sitting service for our dog and found there was plenty of people to choose from within our local area. The Tailster team are there to help at every step of the way and can give guidance if you need it. 👍”

“Using Tailster has removed some of the concerns of arranging a dog walker as the insurance liability is in place, payment is easy and when I made an error in the dates I had published, the team were very quick to respond to my request to amend them. The website isn't the most straightforward to use but overall I have had a good experience.”

“I found the use of Tailstock very easy and efficient. My only suggestion for improvement would be that when the sitter enters the home, that there is a check in/check out facility so that as the owners, we are aware of when the sitter is with our pets and how long they stay with them etc. But overall very happy with the service!”

“Its super easy to use, allows my career to take control of bookings when I want them too. You can set up so payments are sent automatically so super easy...you're given a couple it days to review the payment is right before it is taken. I've had queries Tailster were able to help with in a friendly manner. Would recommend.”
