“Riley had a very good time with Alanah Roberts while we were away on holiday for 12 days and we received reports and pictures on time Alanah is a very caring lady and Riley came back healthy and happy i will be very happy to book her again next time.”

“Overall Tailster seems to provide a good service. What I like about their business model is that they keep an eye on your activities and correspondence with animal sitters and intervene as required. The money is withheld by them until the animal sitter services are completed to your satisfaction. We also had a positive experience with the cat sitter we used and would use her again. The website and app could be improved, and a wider selection of available animal sitters with a more comprehensive history of recommendations (from a wider audience of users) would be better.”

“We decided to give Tailster a try after our cat's last visit to a cattery left him stressed and not himself for a couple of weeks after. We found it easy to use and arranged a meeting with his carer, who he took a liking to instantly. We've just returned from being away for 10 days to a very happy and affectionate cat. We're so happy with the care he's received and wouldn't have anyone else look after him now!”

“Excellent care taken by Kirsten T of my 3 Cocker Spaniels. I very much enjoyed the real time pictures as it’s the first time they have been left without us. The dogs were very happy in her care and she did everything that was asked. Looking forward to our next stay with her.”
