“The dog walker is absolutely brilliant. My dog really loves her. The site is a bit limited though, especially when wanting to amend the walking schedule.”

“Very easy to use and good clear profiles for carers. Payment is not released to carer until job is completed, which is reassuring.”

“Decent app, some minor things that make it a little confusing (payment process once your booked) but found a really nice person to walk our dog!”

“Without Tailster I may not have found the most wonderful carers for our whippet Wilf - now when we go on holiday or out for the day I have complete confidence he is having as good a time as us!”

“Great app, simple to use and our carer is great. It's just a shame that you can't enlarge images that are shared.”

“the Website is easy to navigate and it was clear when the potential carers posted, the price and their details. It was easy to make a decision and to make arrangements with our carer. We much prefer this option to taking our cats to a cattery and will certainly use Tailster again. thank you”

“I found a career for my dog in a reasonable time. As a thing to improve, the timing between the charge is done in my account and the moment the career receives it is extremely long ( I did the booking 5 months in advance).”

“Hello I went on your site after my dog returned from his stay and think I have released the money and I wrote a review. Can you confirm the money has been paid to the careers. Thanks Pauline Cugley”

“Really pleased with service. Received several quotes. My 'walker' was very pleasant, professional and flexible. My only recommendation for improving the service would be to offer a facility to see at a glance which 'walkers' were in my area.”

“A simple and easy to use service that takes the stress out of finding a sitter for your pet whilst you go away. We felt very confident with the service, as it guided us through the various stages of organising a sitter. In the end we felt very comfortable and confident leaving our house keys with our sitter when we went away. Couldn't recommend it enough.”

“Great service with lots of options. App is very easy to use and good looking interface. It took a bit of searching to find the payment button on the platform and payment cannot be made through the app which would be much better.”
