“Tailster has made my life easier when it came to arranging a cat sitter over the Christmas break: the platform offers a good range of pet carers who can be met before booking the service. Also, the fact that the payment is put on hold until the service is complete and released upon satisfaction of the customer ensures higher engagement of the cares. I strongly recommend it.”

“Used Tailster once so far and was happy with the service cat sitter provided. As for the Tailster itself I would like them to improve their helpline as it’s different to get hold of them. Also their lines should be open during the weekends too.”

“Easy to use and set up ads. Being able to review people without making a booking would be useful as I was let down by someone before finding someone who was reliable so could be useful for future bookings”

“App is fab! The only issue is direct debits wich as a guest I’m unable to cancel.i would more appreciate if I can schedule weekly payment myself and organise the price weeklyas some weeks might require more or less hours/walks. Also contact number would be a help especially when your booking is already confirm in case of emergency. Rether then that more then satisfy with the app! Thank you 🙏🏻”

“Such an easy way to find a cat sitter. The people I’ve used have been do professional and half the price of the Cattery. Only downside is app isn’t always user friendly, I needed guidance on the process of making a booking.”

“This is a really simple app to use, speedy and easy to follow. The request for a dog walker was answered very quickly in my case and our messaging easy to follow. Nifty little 'your dog is now walking ' doofah. You could almost play games on it :)”

“I appreciated the support from the app team, who noticed I had got stuck in creating my first booking and rang me to answer any questions I had. The DBS and identity checks Tailster do reassured me. Tailster do take 15% of what you pay as a fee, and this does drive up the price (or decreases what the carer receives).”

“Its was such a relief to find someone to take care of Kitsune on short notice. I would have had to leave him alone for more than 18 hours or put him in a dog pension for 2 nights. With tailster I found a dog sitter within half a day.”
