“Can’t recommend highly enough! Not that I’ve tried it but Mac loves his food from tails so that’s enough! On the couple of occasions where there’s been a delivery problem the customer service has been excellent! Fabulous all round! We’ve tried a couple of other tailored food sites and whilst they’ve had great offerings, tails wins paws down (or up)! Keep doing what you’re doing!”

“We had some issues at the beginning working out the diet that suited our puppy as we were aware that some dog foods upset her tummy, which is why we trialled Tails. They were very helpful and we eventually settled on a grain free diet. Their website alerts me if I select something that has grains in it so that I can avoid buying it. We also had a settling in period of getting kibble portion sizes right and now have the optimum diet with few tummy wobbles. Her coat is gorgeous and we have no signs of adverse reactions to food.”

“Our Retriever was a little fussy about his food but not with Tails, he absolutely loves it and gets so excited in the morning for his wet food. The initial layout can appear expensive but when you break it down it really isn't for such a great quality product.”

“Superb service. A special blend was discussed for Fred tummy issues but after tweaks he really really detested it. I phone tails to see what could be done and further support was offered & an additional delivery was arranged straight away. All taken care of and no additional to pay. Thank you tails.”

“I’ve been a member of Tails for almost 2 years now and have never looked back! My only regret is not finding them sooner. I love that my dogs food is delivered right to my door so I never have to worry about picking it up in the shop. My dog has always suffered with toileting issues and to put it politely yucky poo, but since joining tails they have all been resolved as each dogs food is tailored made to suit your dog. I always recommend tails to anyone I have a conversation with talking about dog food!”

“Customer service, price and delivery are excellent but most importantly my dog is happy and healthy, bright eyes, shiny coat, cold wet nose and bags of energy. Never looked back since he's been on "Tails" which he "woofs" down.”

“Tails has been a game changer for us. Bertie is a rescue and despite having scavenged and lived on the streets for her first few years of life, she has an incredibly sensitive stomach. After 2 years of researching, trying new things, sticking to things, removing things slowly from her diet - the squitts just kept coming! And then Tails came along. The personalised process of putting every detail in about Bertie, her weight, her exercise routine, her likes and dislikes, the things that set her stomach of etc etc - is so worth it. It's been around 3 months now that we have been giving Tails a go and her stomach is completely settled! No runny tummy, not constantly looking for grass or other things on walks to settle her tummy. Her coat and her general wellbeing are also shining since she's been eating Tails. It's delivered to your doorstep - so no schlepping mountains of dog food anymore, you know when it's arriving, so no mad panic that there's not enough to eat on a busy week - and the price is consistent and totally manageable considering! Its a yes from Bertie and its a yes from me.”

“Thanks to the Tails.com team. Bella loves her dried food mixed with her wet food. Absolutely brilliant price for both. We’ve been with you for quite a while now and Bella NEVER leaves any food. She goes mad when her food delivery arrives. The delivery is excellent every time and I’ve never had to return anything but I know I wouldn’t have any problems. Your communication is excellent and not in your face but I know you are there if I need you. Happy Christmas to you all and thank you 🤶 🐶 🌲”

“My wife and I needed to help our dog loose weight. The kibble supplied for our lovely Retriever Breeze is working a treat. We have been so impressed with everything to do with Tails we would recommend to others and only wish we had discovered Tails sooner! Thank you folks for a great product and wonderful service”

“Both my dogs love the food. They seem to be doing well on it too. It always arrives on time and delivered properly. It is a little pricey but when I tried to get similar food elsewhere, there was the problem of coordinating different sources and in the long run, it was not worth it as the saving was negligible.”

“Would highly recommend. Really tasty looking food with a variety of flavours and textures. My dog had regular stomach issues until we started having Tails food. Have been able to use discounts which makes the food even more value for money and its delivered straight to our door which is really handy. The dashboard and app is easy to use but I do have to make sure I pause deliveries straightaway as the food lasts us about 6 weeks. The dry food really helps add to the value of the food but our dog doesn't like dry food on its own so the dry food goes longer for us as we end up mixing it with gravy or water once the wet food has run out.”

“Tails is a great place for dogs food as they tailor for individual dogs. They looked after my 1st dog and now giving my 2nd dog the best food from Boeing a puppy. Only issue I have that there premier food is limited and don’t have what you want like jelly and gravy however there normal foods is in plenty”

“My Dogs love it x x x and NEVER leave any....... not.the old behaviour where they left lots x This is tailored to EACH DOGS REQUIREMENTS... Each dogs gets their own bag with their name on it. 100% Satisfaction.... Their coats are better too Thank you....very happy customer x x”
