I'm a long term customer for 6 years the overall experience is GOOD. What's happened recently to the CUSTOMER SERVICE gone downhill. I have sent Emails Whatsapp And Messenger NO REPLY for over 3 days. I have paid on 10/04/26 a delivery charge for a particular day 14/04/26 with a time slot for extra wet food. Its very frustrating 3 methods of communication NO REPLY. if Tails.com want to deliver the extra wetfood on a different day they should at least credit my account with the £3.99 for the inconvenience. In the past the CUSTOMER SERVICE have replied quicker when the PHONELINE was in place. Its OK for them delivering on a different day please inform the customer I waited in all day on the 14th.

I rate you first class for all pet foods designed for all pets . Laura is a different girl now with her joint supplement. Thank you team I recommend you .plus delivery first class price just right customer service first class too. The food just right she has no smelly wind either.

I amended my dogs details which brought the price down (slightly) however, despite it stating on the website how much it would be, Tails continue to bill me the previous higher amount! I’ve had no response to 4 emailsand no response from posts on social media! I just don’t trust the ‘tailoring’ process as it’s states one thing on the website but bills for another, but how am I supposed to know which I have received… the old or the amended? And I don’t like companies with such poor communication and lack of customer service!

I’m really sorry to hear that your recent order wasn’t the price you expected and that you’ve had trouble reaching the Customer Experience Team. They usually reply to messages within a day or so, but it can take a bit longer during busy times, like after the Bank Holiday weekend. Please rest assured that the team’s doing everything they can to get back to all customers as quickly as possible. I’d love to help you get to the bottom of this. Great brand and good product but unfortunately they use Yodel to deliver who communicate very badly and dont deliver when they say they will. My dog has now run out of food and so I’m forced to change her diet. Never a good strategy!! My advice - use an alternative provider who care about their customers and not just increasing revenue at any cost.

Our dog, Willow, has always been a very fussy eater but she loves the tail.com dry food. If she’s getting a bit fussy again, we pop a bit of water on it to soften it as she loves it that way. We’ve also recommended Tails.com to some of our dog owner friends.

My dog Poppy loves her biscuits.She has stopped limping since eating the food designed for her.she has lost some wait .And has a lot of energy.

We have great interaction any questions we have are responded to, it is so easy to change the order either up or down that includes delivery dates as well, we find the pricing is reasonable. The delivery is spot on. Well done to Tails.com

Great value delivered to my door. Both my dog and my puppy love the kibble mix. Empty bowls everytime. I was nervous of doing tails order in case my dogs weren't fans but I need not of worried. They adore it. They are healthy and happy and I am over the moon that they're on food tailored to them.

My dog is 11 years old and I didn't think she woukd take to new food, but the vet told us she was overweight , with her arthritis in her legs I felt guilty so tried to source new food for her, but my pet shop could not get what I want and it was extremely expensive. Tails came up when I searched and I thought this is going to be expensive but to my surprise it was very reasonable and the the offer off a cheaper bag to try and free tasters was brilliant. My dog loves the food and has lost weight and is like a puppy again when taking her on walks. Thank you Tails

I’m not happy with your supply- I have a tiny dog (4kilos) and keep sending me enough food for a month to feed 10. It has got to the point where I am cancelling altogether.

Tails.com has made my two dogs very happy. I was struggling to find something that my Border Collie would eat. Since changing to Tails.com she can’t wait for her food. I love the fact they get the right amount of food for their breed and weight. I highly recommend Tails.com

Max loves the meals so much. Tails.com listens to what he likes. We started to add a small spoon of wet food to the dry. Max eats everything immediately . Tails.com automatically reduced the size of our dry food showing the animal's welfare is paramount.

Hoagy loves the Tails.com food and treats. The trays really smell nice when you open them and Hoagy is usually around our feet whilst we prepare his meal. Tails are very flexible and we can easily amend our order to suit ours and Hoagy’s needs. If i have 1 complaint it is delivery, sometimes even when we have advised we will be away e.g. holiday providing suitable delivery dates our delivery has still arrived whilst we are away. Fortunately we have great neighbours and a Ring doorbell.

Never had a problem with the food, the quality or the delivery everything was perfect, only problem was the price, we have a bulldog and it was just under 60 a month which is pricey in my eyes. Everything else was perfect.
