“Cannot fault this company in any way or their product, being disabled means that this is a life saver, no more trying to lug home over priced food for my pup, now she has delicious food delivered to the doorstep, her favourite delivery!”

“Positives. No problems with payments. Always arrives on time. Packed well. Dog loves the taste. Negatives. Dog has lost over a kilo since starting. She itches ALL the time despite it supposed to be specially for her. You can NEVER get anyone to speak to or call you back. I have never received any of the "free" items. All in all, save your money. I'll probably receive my first ever correspondence from Tails after this review.”

However it's really disappointing to hear that not everything has been going so well, and I hope I can make things right for you and your dog. “Rory loves his mealtimes now and his appetite has really picked up since eating Tails food. Love the delivery to the door, biscuits and poo bags included. Nice and easy, adjustable (we needed more kibble) and a comparable price to other good brands only much nicer!”

“tails has given troy a healthy shiny coat and he is full of energy for a 14 year old he is very agile the service is great and the price is good, the staff very helpfull and they listen to me and always sort out any problem right there and then”

“Our puppy was such a fussy eater, everything upset his tummy and we eventually found out he had an allergy to egg. We were recommended to tails.com by my sister and after a few weeks our fussy eating puppy ate and enjoyed his meals. He is beautiful, everyone including his vet comments on how healthy he is, how beautiful his skin is, he no longer has his upset tummy, definitely 👍 5 star food for us xxx”

“Megan has a delicate tummy, since we switched to tails, her daily duty is now normal. It's great to see all the tracking information too. I have received discount too for recommending a friend. A great service altogether.”

“Harvey has finally found his tea time enjoyable. He loves it. As for over delivery we do have some left each month but I simply alter the delivery date. Even tailored the recipe for his joints. Simple,tasty and his coat is lovely. Thanks tails.com”

“The food seems fine, and the dog eats it. Only issue is "over delivery", Tails send more food each month than I use, and I stick to their feeding guidelines, so I end up with "spare" bags stored in the pantry. They should send less food in the bag (and therefore charge me less!), but seem obsessed with the mantra of a standard bag size”

“Ernest Topper is 9, but has the energy and health of a dog half his age. The food definitely contributes to this. The price is worth it! Delivery happens- for us we usually seem to have one month in hand even though he has exactly the recommended daily amount. (We could pause this, I know). I have no experience of returns or refunds.”

“My dog loves this food and it’s helped with his dietary problems, only problem I have is delivery if it’s due on a weekend you don’t get it till the Monday and by then you’ve run out of food.”
