“After an initial problem where the casing on my knife was scratched, the customer service team (Sue) was all over it. I emailed To let them know I wasn’t happy with the knife and they sent me a returns slip to send it back. Sue then called me to check the tracking number so that she could make sure it had made it back to their warehouse. Within an hour another knife had been engraved and shipped to the address of the recipient. This is what good customer service looks like.”
