“My wife has just purchased a 2022 Damascus Swiss arm knife limited addition. She also had my name inscribed on it as well for my 70 th Birthday. Many thanks to Swiss Store especially Jackie who had to sort an adjustment to my order Many thanks Ian Tilley”

“Brilliant service, ordered a mini champ, turns out it was too mini for my personal liking, however absolutely nothing wrong with the item and received quickly. Sent an email regarding returning the item, very quick response with instructions on how to return the item effortlessly and for free. Will be ordering a different item very soon.”

“Got bag which is very high quality promptly- sadly the small bag which comes with the bag was not delivered with the bag - we were told we would get a new bag sent out- and a confirmation email sent - sadly we have not received any confirmation email and l hope that we will get the other bag too. I trust that this will be an innocent oversight and l have every confidence that this will satisfactory conclude. Otherwise a super service l would recommend!”

“Swiss store are brilliant but unfortunately they use Royal Mail to deliver. My items sat in a warehouse in Bristol for over a week with Royal Mail, whilst saying on its tracker page that my item was due for delivery the previous Friday . As a result, this 21st present hadn’t arrived. Please swap to a reliable courier company!”
