Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback, I'm very sorry for the issues you had online; there must have been an issue with the website at the time of ordering. I'm glad our team was able to update you over the phone. My apologies again. If you ever have trouble in the future, please don't hesitate to give us a call so we can place the order over the phone instead. Best wishes, Stacey Swiss Store

“I ordered a replacement strap for my watch and from the moment I created the order I was kept informed of its progress and I was given the shipping tracing number. I am astonished at the customer service and one could only wish other online sellers could learn a lot from Swiss Store. Thank you for a great shopping experience.”
