“After receiving a confirmation and tracking number I was contacted to let me know it was out of stock. As this was a Christmas present I was keen to get the issue resolved quickly but the customer service team were slow to respond to questions (I had to prompt a response via the online form) and did not answer most of my questions about the suggested replacement product. Eventually I agreed to an alternative without the answers to my questions as I was not sure if it would arrive in time otherwise. Overall the product was fine but the customer service was slow and they did not answer my questions.”

“Excellent product and speedy delivery! We looked at a few stockists of Swiss Army knives but were put off by reviews mentioning poor customer service and slow or even no delivery! We chose Swiss-store because the reviews were so much more positive. It was a good decision because not only was the delivery swift but also we had been updated at each step of the process. We would thoroughly recommend this company.”
