Hi Peter, Apologies for the issues on your order. An email with a free returns label was sent to you the day after we recieved your complaint. We have now changed the description on the large flask to the mug and refunded your order in full. Once again apologies for the misunderstanding.

“Although I struggled to place an order for delivery in USA using the website, this was an issue with the credit card billing address being in UK and was not the store's fault. When I called to place the order, the service I received on the phone was excellent and fuss free. A really good transaction and a great product.”
