“The knife I ordered was delivered promptly and had the engraving etc all done as requested. If I had a request for the future, it would be to offer more options for the placement of engraving - a few years ago I bought a knife for my son and had it engraved on both sides - that didn't appear to be an option now.”

“Some initial difficulties in getting the order done online but phoned up & dealt with order on phone. Really helpful people & amazingly fast turn around which was great as it was a gift (though it was sent to wrong address but absolutely no issues as was so quick in dispatch).
