“Excellent service the two swiss army knives and the pouch that I bought were delivered very quickly. The quality of the packaging was excellent. My wife loves her navy Alox and the black leather pouch. The Trailmaster that I got for my self is an excellent knife but it just didn't feel right. The returns are simple and quick, with the refund back to my account in 24 hours after the package was received buy yourselves. What excellent service throughout the whole process.”

“bought a venture fixed blade. excellent price. knife is a typical victoriox product in that its well designed and mixes practical and aesthetic astoundingly well. swiss store communications were immediate and accurate. knife delivered extremely promptly. i shall certainly be a regular customer.”

“I tried cancelling my engraving but the only thing that was cancelled was the price for the engraving. The clip arrived with engraving which I decided not to have but now can’t get a refund, only credit which I don’t want”

We’ve checked our records and didn’t receive a request to cancel the engraving before the item was dispatched. As engraving is a custom service, we’re unable to refund this once the work has been completed, even if the engraving fee was removed due to a system error.
