“I looked over the internet to find Sram etap groupset. Swinnerton were the cheapest but had none in stock at the time. They emailed me when the stock was back in, I placed and paid for the order and it was delivered within 48 hours. Great product, great price, great service-can't ask for better!”

“Fantastic customer service - couldn't find the part I wanted anywhere except Swinnerton but wasn't exactly sure if it was the right part. I phoned them and they gave me good advice before I ordered online. They even called me to tell me I'd missed off part of my postcode! Product arrived quickly, will definitely buy from them again”

“Purchased a Brooks saddle on line - easy to order and arrived very quickly. Product was exactly what I expected, however, the packaging was severely damaged, luckily the saddle escaped unscathed. The courier helpfully left the package with a neighbour and posted a card through my door with details. We also visited your shop for a browse and found everyone there to be very friendly, helpful, informative and extremely interesting to chat to!”
