“Very good price but shipping was much longer than expected. 24-48 hours online that ended up being 7 days in reality. Nevertheless, I would still use Swinnerton again. Thanks!”

“3rd purchase from Swinnertons in 30 plus years ! A Dawes Super Galaxy in 1984 which took me across France without a hitch,,a Ridgeback Hybrid in 2013 which I use to trundle to the shops on and a Ridgeback World Panarama in 2015 for some serious touring .Same excellent service as in 1984.The only place to buy a bike in the UK for my hard earned money.A real gem of a company who do just what it says on the can. Don't waste your time trawling the internet just pop in and speak to the expert ,friendly staff,who are all enthusiastic riders themselves.”

“Great price. Very fast delivery. Would recommend Swinnerton Cycles as an alternative to the other big mail order cycle retailers. Bontrager tyres are in my opinion the best MTB tyres on the market. Much tougher, last longer and inflate more easily when running tubeless ! Have wasted £100's on Schwalbes before I discovered how good Bontrager tyres were. I've got them on my x-country bike and my enduro bike.”

“Fast fast service. They didn't have all three items I wanted but we're really quick to a) apologise and b) offer me different alternatives. Within 24hrs of making decision, parcel arrived! Absolutely delighted. That's how customer service should be. Top marks Swinnerton!”
