“whenever i go in the shop im always happy with the service i get...doesnt matter who serves me they know what they are talking about as regards cycling.. as im still learning about bikes and the maintenance of bikes ive always got questions to ask which get answered.. My new tyres i purchased recently are still waitng for me to purchase new wheels which will give me an off road set and a road set...many thanks as always”

“We recently purchased a Ridley XBow and we really impressed with the bike itself and it's specification. However, the biggest plus was the excellent customer service that we received. “Fantastic product at a good price, the quality of the materials and the shifting experience are second to none, just upgraded from shimano 105 and it will be difficult for me to go back to non electronic shifting. Very easy to set up and to ride, literally takes a couple of minutes and so far I had no issues or messed up the way i was used to shift at any time. Will buy again from SwinnertonCycles, the packaging was perfect and the shipping lightning fast!”

“With a massive range of products, good prices, super fast delivery and fantastic customer service I highly recommend swinnerton cycles! I ordered the wrong product (my fault) and they responded to my email extremely promptly and I had the replacement part in my hands two days after posting my return back to them. Can't ask for more than that. Delivery is via dpd who are also excellent at providing live tracking and accurate delivery times.”
