“Customer service was excellent - with the delay in the release of the tacx neo bike they continually got updates and kept me informed. Would definitely use Swinnerton again and recommend them as a cycle retailer”

“Nothing to do with Swinnerton themselves, but unfortunately have to give such a low rating due to using Hermes as a courier. Hermes are shocking compared to DPD/UPS, in fact any other courier I've had deliveries from. They are always late with constant updayeasaying with courier, then delayed, with courier, then delayed. Latest version this loop carried on for nearly a week before I had to call Swinnertons for them to complain to Hermes.”

Hi, Thank you for you feed back on Hermes, we are going to trial there next day delivery and see if thing improve over the next few weeks.

“Great bike, terrific price, super-quick delivery (inside 48 hours from order on Monday PM - for a bike! I've waited three weeks from a previous supplier). Everything was properly screwed together out of the box, and after setting up front wheel, handlebars etc, I did the inaugural ride the next day (Thursday). So top marks for Swinnertons, and I'd definitely use them again.”

“Still waiting for my order 13 days after placing. E-mailed them 7 days after placing order. Still awaiting a reply. If you try to phone regarding a web order you have to use a premium rate number. On the strength of the above performance I would avoid using Swinnertion Cycles”

“You can see from the pictures the box is scuffed and the window has been split. The internal packaging looks like somebody has pulled the light out ripping the packaging. I bought this as a present and in this condition its arrived it’s difficult to give it to somebody without them thinking its second hand/shop soiled!”
