“I requested next day delivery but the order came a week later. This was due to an item not being in stock despite the website showing that it was. I had to chase up the order and call the office to find out why my purchase was late. I doubt I’ll buy from this seller again.”

“There was a problem with my order which wasn’t the fault of swinnertons. They dealt with it competently, and when the original product wasn’t available tried sourcing several alternatives. You can judge a business on how well they deal with complaints and problems and they were excellent.”

“Extremely happy with the service and the advice given on what was needed when ordering my new bike, I added extra bits and bobs which I was guided through with great advice again, going to purchase a further bike for another family member, how can you not feel safe with a company whose been in business for all these years, spot on service, thank you.”
