Haven't shopped with Swinnteron cycles before, but I have been aware of them for a while. They had what I wanted and it was in stock and competitive price. Ordering was easy, a confirmation email came, but then nothing, Emailed 6 days later to see if there was any update to my order, no reply but i did then get the notification of the order being shipped, email reply came a few days after i had received order. I would say communication isn't there strong point (could be the time of year (December)) Would have been 4.5 stars but that's not an option. I would shop with them again
