“Great service, I ordered a part for my Ridley; however, it was for an alternative model. I exchanged it and Craig ordered the correct part for me direct from the manufacturer as there were none elsewhere in the UK.”

“The product came quickly and was well made. Also, Swinnerton was about the only place that stocked it. They seem to have more of the slightly esoteric items.”

“The chainset and cassette arrived as ordered however the packaging was questionable and, in my opinion, should have been better. Two boxes of components were shipped in a much larger cardboard box without any padding. The contents were thrown about, during transit, like stinking fish; thankfully the components are robust and withstood - their boxes were very much worse for wear.”
