“Bought a Neo 2T Smart Trainer online, nice and straightforward, collected from the shop. They fitted new cassette, asked me to bring my bike in, showed me how it all worked, fitted my bike to it and all with a smile. Couldn't ask for more .... except more watts”

“Not helpful. Poor at understanding what bearings I required when I clearly stated in writing and on phone “6903/61903”. Super slow at dispatching and very poor phone manner. Certainly won’t use again”
