“When my order was delivered, it was not what I had expected. The trouble Paul took to deal with my telephone query, to identify the reason why I had a problem (catalogue referencing) and to sort it out - instantly - was extraordinary! I shall certainly use Swinnerton again.”

“They supplied the wrong replacement battery that I ordered from them, and I am still waiting for it. I have had no update on the progress for nearly a week. I might give a better review if I actually receive the correct battery, as the service was quite quick.”

Hi Allan, i have chsed teh 575 battery up this morning and its due to us tomorrow i will arrange shipment an collection of the old unit as soon as battery lands as per previous conversation.
