“First time visiting Swindon caravan and motorhomes to view and purchase a second-hand Motorhome. My wife and I were looked after throughout the viewing and subsequent purchase. No pushy sales all questions were answered and made sure that at each stage you were happy and that all your questions were answered. The date was set for the Motorhome to pick up. on arrival, we were shown to the Motorhome and introduced to a nice you lad who took us through all of the features and showed us how everything works and made sure we were happy and understood he also answered any questions we had and supplied a cup of tea and coffee for the both of us. Due to a national shortage of new-to-hire gas bottles, we had to source our own so brought this with us which the young chap loaded into the gas locker and showed us how to connect. all in all a pleasant experience and well worth a visit if you are in the market for a caravan or Motorhome.”

“I have been dealing with Reading Caravans recently and cannot fault them, especially Andy, some repair work after an altercation with a milk float-type van. the work is absolutely perfect, I am a very fussy person and I cannot see any fault with the work whatsoever more than pleased. I also purchased my van new from these people new great stuff there as well. Cannot recommend Reading Caravans enough. Thank you.”

“Following our purchase of a new caravan from Oxford Caravans back in May there have been a number of very frustrating warranty issues with the caravan. However, as a result of the professional, helpful, and friendly way in which all at Oxford caravans have handled the situation, the frustration has been eased and as a result a long-term relationship has been forged. Things will always not go as you expect, but it is the way in which those situations are handled that can turn a negative experience into a very positive one. In the case of Oxford Caravans that is very much the case. I would highly recommend Oxford Caravans.”

“Collected caravan following annual service. We were delayed on M4 and (I think) Caroline waited for us past closing time. The caravan had been washed and looked as good as new. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful. Looking to buy our 4th new caravan from Swindon Group.”
