“I have been dealing with Reading Caravans recently and cannot fault them, especially Andy, some repair work after an altercation with a milk float-type van. the work is absolutely perfect, I am a very fussy person and I cannot see any fault with the work whatsoever more than pleased. I also purchased my van new from these people new great stuff there as well. Cannot recommend Reading Caravans enough. Thank you.”

“Following our purchase of a new caravan from Oxford Caravans back in May there have been a number of very frustrating warranty issues with the caravan. However, as a result of the professional, helpful, and friendly way in which all at Oxford caravans have handled the situation, the frustration has been eased and as a result a long-term relationship has been forged. Things will always not go as you expect, but it is the way in which those situations are handled that can turn a negative experience into a very positive one. In the case of Oxford Caravans that is very much the case. I would highly recommend Oxford Caravans.”

“Collected caravan following annual service. We were delayed on M4 and (I think) Caroline waited for us past closing time. The caravan had been washed and looked as good as new. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful. Looking to buy our 4th new caravan from Swindon Group.”

“We have just purchased a brand new Bailey Unicorn Cabrera from the Oxford site. We were helped by Lewis Sirett. The whole experience has been excellent. We did a lot of research before we purchased. We have been very well treated by Lewis and all the other staff we saw in the shop and on the site. The deal was very competitive and the service has been excellent. Lewis has great knowledge of the products and the financial options available. We have no hesitation to endorse this business. If you are thinking about your first or next purchase they are very much worth your consideration.”

“Went to look at a swift 650 managers special offer (demo). Looked over the van and was happy to buy. The price was right. When i was going to sign on the dotted line Alistair (manager) said he could get me a brand new one for the same price. So had to have it. The van came into stock , i had a phone call and collection was arranged. I turned up at the time and date as arranged. The van was all ready to go. Was given the hand over. Alistair knew the product he was selling, any questions i had he knew the answers. I would recommend Swindon Caravan.”

“First caravan bought recently from Oxford Caravans. Lewis was great. He answered every question we had with expert knowledge. There was no pushy selling, we were guided through based on our choice and budget. Picked up our caravan last Friday and Lewis took us through absolutely everything we needed to know about the caravan, hooking it up to the car....everything!! Thank you so much. Definitely recommend Oxford Caravans - 100%”

“Reading Branch Only The sales team were very helpful during our purchase in spring 2021 and up to the delivery in Summer 2021. After which the Aftersales team (Workshop) were very responsive in rectifying both major and minor caravan system failures. They were very helpful in advising on the various issues concerning the use of the caravan's systems. The first service was undertaken with no problems. We also found the Accessory shop staff very helpful.”
