“Fantastic team at Oxford Caravans - Just collected our new Swift Challenger 650 SE. We purchased the caravan for our retirement when I was working abroad, which made the buying process more complex, but the team at Oxford caravans were absolutely brilliant. Lewis in particular has been fantastic, going way beyond normal customer service levels - very special thanks Lewis. The whole team at Oxford are friendly, helpful and real experts. A fantastic customer experience, thank you all.”

“I picked my caravan up yesterday and I am very pleased with the caravan and the staff that looked after me with part exchanging my caravan. Naomi was excellent and Nick and Phil were very helpful also. I’d like to say thank you very much and if I do change caravans again I would definitely use Swindon caravans again. “Sale was efficient and we got a good trade-in price for our old unit. However, when we collected our new caravan it had been on the company forecourt for some while. When we got it home we noticed lots of areas where there was green algae, particularly on the roof which was not visible at the showroom. This was not something I expected with a brand new purchase! Furthermore while we were being shown around the van before taking it away I pointed out that the flooring had not been fitted properly and had bubbled and split. This was very obvious but no-one had done anything about it and we now have to bring it back to be rectifyied. Surely this should have been checked when the van arrived from the manufacturer? Really not very happy about this”

Hi Mr & Mrs Beckett, Thank you for taking the time to review and we apologise that your experience has fallen short of our high standards. The floor issue was missed on PDI. As agreed, you will drop the caravan back into us after your holiday and we will rectify the fault and also give the exterior and roof another clean. We will then drop the caravan back to you once complete as a gesture of goodwill. Apologies once again.
