I ordered this treadmill on 18 December 2023 for my daughter's birthday on the 4 January. It is now 3 January 2024, and I have not yet received any word from the installer as to when the installation will take place. I am 100% convinced the installer is still on holiday, even though the website claims that deliveries and installation take place between Christmas and New Year. He will most certainly contact me and set a date for next week. It is now 17 days after the order was place, 10 working days. I don't expect this installation to take place during the next 5 days, as a date must still be decided on. I have to get another gift for my daughter now. Very disappointed. The website claimed at most 10 working days for installation, and on average 2 - 5 days. Certainly not the case for me. I should have gone with the manufacturer, which claimed 5 - 7 days for installation. Now I know for next time :)

The pool table I’m sure is fantastic value and looks well but they charge an extortionate price if you change your mind and want to return . They want £156 from N Ireland . That’s half the price of the table . Will avoid buying off this website in future

Wouldn't know because the company cancelled my order for living in the wrong part of the country. And then kept me on their database as a customer which is an absolute cheek.

Came with a hole in the belt! No more in stock and am still waiting for someone to collect so I can get a refund. Over week and still not even got contact from anyone to arrange collection even though I have chased every day! Really disappointed great service on delivery but now I need a refund it’s just dragging on!

With purchase of this DKN XC-170i cross trainer from sweatbands I entered into neverending course of work and repairs on in order to be able to keep using this machine. One consultation I had with a mechanical engineer leads me to believe that this machine was not properly calculated, due to a number of elements that failed (14 out of 16 metal elements failed within first 12 months!) I had to get these elements custom made due to lack of help from the manufacturer and UK seller (ICON!). To top this off, I specifically asked adviser from sweatbands to advise well built equipment so I can keep using it rather than keep repairing it! I got exact opposite of what I had asked for! So, I am never ever using sweatbands, ICON UK nor anything produced by DKN. Poor opinions of these companies on trust pilot are 100% true.

Only goes for 4 minutes then switches of restart and go for 4 minutes and switches off and same again and again. No one available to speak to from either DKN or sweatband

Manual no good for setting up the console part. Wrote to Viavito and did not receive the support I expected. Im not getting the support to operate the console which means I can’t use the machine so I’ll have to return it.

I put it together following all the instructions and the console doesn't switch on. Now I've been waiting 2 weeks for a Proform engineer to come out and have a look at it.

Haven't used it yet! as problem with running belt. Nearly two weeks since delivery and matter with product support not resolved. Ahhh

Although I bought it in 2022, Sweatband sent me a 2018 model of the NordicTrack S22i. Since there have been numerous updates and upgrades since that old model, I had to return it. Delivery was quick and communications were fine. Disappointing that they don't make it clear that it's an old model. Price is the same as a new one is elsewhere.

The service from sweatband has not been good. Your delivery was unable to deliver the treadmill as it was ‘too heavy’. Your customer services number had a recorded message. No one rang me back (as requested a number of times) and it took a week to get a refund- in short I wouldn’t recommend you

I have no idea I have not tried it yet, however, I have comments to make about the Exercise Bike, but I can't, because the link for reviewing the bike has taken me to the Heart Rate Transmitter, probably because this item was the first one listed on the order, the bike was the third. (ON: 134589) Send me a correct link and I will give you a review of the bike

I have not used this monitor yet, because, once again, the delivery of my exercise bike was cancelled by the carriers at very short notice, and a delivery has not been rescheduled. All that arrived on time was the monitor. Therfore, I feel let down again by Sweatband.
