BEWARE!! Do not purchase a treadmill from the company. First treadmill purchased in August 2020. Worked fine for a few weeks until just stopped working one day. Problem with the alignment of the running deck. Next treadmill delivered Oct 2020. Worked fine for a few months until just stopped working. Sweatband are now saying treadmill cannot be kept in garage and must be moved inside, saying that the user manual indicates the treadmill should not be kept in a garage. Interesting no where on Sweatband's guide to buying a treadmill does it tell you some treadmills cannot be kept in a garage, nor does it confirm this in the product description, nor does the website direct you to check the user manual before purchase. Sweatband and manufacturer now indicating warranty will be void unless we move treadmill inside which we have no space in the house to do so. This company seeks to avoid their duties under the consumer rights act 2015. We have purchased a treadmill which was not cheap and now in less than 6 months we have had 2 faulty treadmills. Going round in circles trying to communicate with them and appears legal proceedings will be the only option. Extremely disappointing.....

Bought to partner a DKN elliptical trainer. When it works it is good, but it almost never works without putting a new battery in and faffing around before your exercise. At most I have got 3 30 minute sessions from a battery. This morning it did not work for the second session on a battery, and I had even removed the battery between uses, and turned off my smartwatch, the only thing other than the DKN trainer that it is paired with. On checking the battery it was 3.06V vs 3V nominal. I am saving up for a Polar chest strap!

Broke after 3 months with a smell of burning and a clicking noise from the motor. Under guarantee but no response from Sweatband for repair or replacement. Failed just when I needed it most and it is now useless.

I've called and emailed twice yesterday as it has some damage and will not turn on. I still hope to get feedback and for this to be resolved in which case I will review again, however currently very concerned have spent £600 on equipment that wont turn on and I can't reach anybody

This is due to the current situation with the combination of the lockdown and gyms being closed and the time of year which is the busiest month in the fitness calendar. Avoid. Constructed the bike, and like the reviewer James below, the bike does not track speed or distance - effectively its a very expensive static bike. Clearly there is a problem with the bike - I have a support query out with Sweatband and no response.

At the moment still unable to use it as it is tripping the RCD/ fuse board after only a very short usage.Still investigating whether it is the treadmill or our electrical system in the house! For the short period I’ve been able to use it it has been excellent but need it to work for the all the time! Happy to do another review once this matter has been sorted.

Few weeks after the purchase it started making creaking noises and was very annoying, Mind you it was never over-used. Tried to get help and use warranty but all I was advised based on the videos I sent them was to apply grease and lubrication. But the noise starts the very next day again. It was not practical to maintain that in the end scrapped it off and brought another one (a Reebok GX40s) which is so much better. So that £320 gone! I would have been happier if I gave that money to charity instead. I strongly recommend against buying this product. I take nothing away from sweatband, they have been thoroughly professional handling my complaint about the product and in fact are even processing a partial refund of £200 for me. Its the product that did me in this site and the company is fantastic!

Received faulty goods. Sent several emails with pics & no one has had the courtesy to reply. Appalling customer service. Happy to take your money not so happy to sort out problems. Avoid like the plague & spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

The first machine arrived with a cracked drum casing. Sweatband replaced the rower with no hassle. The second rower had a scuffed drum casing (not a major issue) but had design flaws that prevented us from assembling it: 1. The footrest rods were too short. As a result it wasn't possible to fit the washers and nuts. 2. When folded, it was not possible to fit the locking pin because its path was impeded by the fitted rail lower cover. Sweatband refunded our money - bravo Sweatband. The rower however scores very low.

The pool table isn't what we wanted, so I asked the company if they knew of any companies that will send it back. They have me two, but those companies would send it back for us, so I had to try and find on. Viavito haven't been helpful at all. To send the table back would cost us 45 to50 pounds which is ridiculous. I wanted to order alarger table but will go else where. The table was supposed to arrive on one date and we ended up waiting in for 4 days. This to me is poor service. Not happy at all" I won't shop there ever again.

Purchased swimwear which cannot be returned, even though all tags and hygiene stickers still attached. Although I did not check the Ts and Cs before hand, I have never encountered this rule before. I have returned swimwear to many retailers without issue. You are an online company therefore I could not foresee that the swimsuit would not fit. I now have a £27 purchase that I cannot use. Extremely unhappy.
