“Cheapest place to get my cross trainer and that includes the £10 I paid for a Saturday delivery. The woman who called to arrange delivery (Maria I think) was really friendly, happy and super helpful. This is not Sweatband's fault but the delivery driver was not so happy and complained that I was in a second floor flat, even though I'd previously advised this. He said it should have been a three man job although I have no idea how a third man could have helped (I'm not strong but I held the doors open) and the other man seemed happy enough and didn't complain! Overall Sweatband were great and I'd recommend them to anyone!”

“Very sturdy, lots of fun. The reason for not scoring very good is because at building it, we looked at the video and they missed one step, which made it not sturdy at all. We only realised it when we had one bag of nuts left!”

“The product is very good, I was most impressed by it. Delivery and price were very competitive. I did have a slight technical problem and it was arranged that an engineer would call to sort it out, in the end I cleared it myself but I was impressed by their proactive response.”

“I had a gift voucher which I tried using on the website. It failed to work several times. Had to make at least 5 calls over a period of 6 weeks every time the gentleman on the phone would say that voucher should work next time I try. Eventually it did work but I realised that their customer service/sales phone number is not free. All the calls I made cost me around £7.”

“I tried to cancel my order because of some reviews I read on google and facebook but they couldn't be anymore wrong. Only after I checked Amazon for other reviews was I able to rest. The service I received was excellent and the product was in immaculate condition. Delivery was prompt and I was kept updated. Thank you”

“The york weightlifting belt arrived very quickly. I could have done with some advice on how to make it more supple as it's very stiff, I ended up rolling it up tightly and treading on it.”

“The table was delivered on time. It took a couple of hours for our 10year old, 6 year old and their dad to assemble (as expected) and it seems well made. We are all having brilliant fun with it and so are friends and family of all ages! A good buy and a great present!”
