“The pool table isn't what we wanted, so I asked the company if they knew of any companies that will send it back. They have me two, but those companies would send it back for us, so I had to try and find on. Viavito haven't been helpful at all. To send the table back would cost us 45 to50 pounds which is ridiculous. I wanted to order alarger table but will go else where. The table was supposed to arrive on one date and we ended up waiting in for 4 days. This to me is poor service. Not happy at all" I won't shop there ever again.”

“Purchased swimwear which cannot be returned, even though all tags and hygiene stickers still attached. Although I did not check the Ts and Cs before hand, I have never encountered this rule before. I have returned swimwear to many retailers without issue. You are an online company therefore I could not foresee that the swimsuit would not fit. I now have a £27 purchase that I cannot use. Extremely unhappy.”
