“The goggles I'd ordered we're not in stock in the colour I wanted so Sweatband emailed me to let me know, giving me options waiting until they were in stock, the same style in a different colour or a more expensive pair for no extra cost. They also did not take payment until the query was sorted. I was impressed with their delivery charge of £1.50 for orders under £15 as many other companies seem to charge at least double. I would happily use Sweatband again.”

“poor tools provided difficult to attach "handle bars" to frame, not enough room to get at screws. not easy to use, does not open wide enough ok if you are tall!”

“Ordered online Sunday evening, phone call from customer services Monday, very pleasant Sweatband rep confirming order and delivery. Item arrived Wednesday, delivered by two helpful guys. Cannot fault service and price of cross trainer from Sweatband.com. Will definitely be using them again.”

“Cheapest place to get my cross trainer and that includes the £10 I paid for a Saturday delivery. The woman who called to arrange delivery (Maria I think) was really friendly, happy and super helpful. This is not Sweatband's fault but the delivery driver was not so happy and complained that I was in a second floor flat, even though I'd previously advised this. He said it should have been a three man job although I have no idea how a third man could have helped (I'm not strong but I held the doors open) and the other man seemed happy enough and didn't complain! Overall Sweatband were great and I'd recommend them to anyone!”
