“Patetico servicio y lamentable customer service. Reserve con 2 semanas de antelacion la recogida a la 13.00 en mi hotel de Mallorca porque el avion salia a las 18h. Se supone que con 24h de antelacion debe decirte a que hora te recogeran. Contacte el dia anterior varias veces con ellos y no tenian ni idea de a la hora que vendrian a recogernos. El mismo dia que mi vuelo salia volvi a contactar y me dicen que vendran a las 3.35 cuando a las 3pm yo ya deberia estar en el aeropuerto (el viaje desde mi alojamiento al aeropuerto es de mas de 1h si todo va bien). Les digo que es inaceptable y me dicen que no es su problema (tengo todas las conversaciones que tuvimos, incluso hasta cancelaron la conversacion). Tuve que cancelar 2h antes debido que me iban a hacer perder el vuelo y por supuesto me dijeron que el dinero no se devuelve. Voy a poner una queja en la oficina del consumidor por estafadores y ladrones. MUCHO CUIDADO CON ELLOS!!!! No son lo que dicen y estoy segura que muchas de las opininos positivas de esta web son totalmente falsas.”

“DO NOT use Suntransfers.com company at all costs! The company asked for the full payment of return transports in advance. Our new transfer time of 06:30 on the 29th June from Camp de Mar to PMI Mallorca airport was confirmed in writing 3 days before the flight. But on the 29th, the transport driver came 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time, while we were about to have a 15-minute breakfast. He treatened us that he will leave if in 5 minutes if we do not leave for the airport. I showed him the pdf. confirmation from Suntransfers.com for the pick-up time of 06:30, 29th June. He said, he does not care because he has a different text from his company, the old 06:00 pick-up time. I called their U.K. and Spain hotline numbers to clarify the issue but nobody answered the phones. He added that his time is very important that is why he is not willing to wait longer than 5 mins. We had no choice but to get inside the vehicle ASAP with stomachs empty. The vehicle was so hot inside even that early in the morning. We had to ask the driver three times to put the A/C on before he finally instructed us to find the button somewhere at the back. We scheduled everything as per Suntransfers rules but this driver (Camp de Mar to PMI) is utterly rude and horrible. We do not know his name, no badge and he refused to show his I.D. He just showed us the text instruction for picking is up. We decided not to argue just so we will not miss our flight. But never again we will use Suntransfers.com service. This is the first and the last time we will use this company.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY Arrived at Palma Airport and we had a no show from the driver. We went to a local agent on the ground who represents Suntransfers.com and she told us our booking wasn’t in the system. I had the coupon printed showing our booking and payment for our return journey. She arranged a local driver from another company to transfer us to Port de Sóller. For our return journey I emailed the company twice asking them to confirm our booking and they said they were looking into our first no show but didn’t confirm our return journey. Went to their live chat the evening before our collection and company confirmed our taxi driver would be there on time. No show again!!!! Our apartment landlady happened to see us waiting and she offered to drive us to the airport as local drivers were not available. Do not use this company as it will let you down and add stress to your holiday!”

“Booked transfers with this company, refused to pick me up at the time I requested which meant I had to wait three hours at the airport, and furthermore only had hand luggage. Inflexibility of the system ridiculous. Don’t use them”

“Booked a private car, because of disabilities, from Lanzarote Airport to Costa Teguise. On the day we had to walk, with difficulty, to a car park, where a mini-bus was waiting. Told the driver couldn't get in. Driver manouvered vehicle to a step, so, with help I could get in. At Costa Teguise, driver maneuvered vehicle so I could get out. On departure day, collection was 8.00 am. At 8.15 received a phone call to say their vehicle had 'Malfunction' and no other vehicles available!! Had to get taxi to take us to airport. A car. Told by Sun transfers to get receipt. Read previous reports on Sun transfers and wrote it off as a bad experience. Would not even consider 'One car' Sun transfers ever again. Be warned.”

“Our driver was not at the airport when we exited. After multiple phone calls to suntransfers customer service who kept telling us he was 10-15 minutes away, 1 hour later he still had not arrived. We took a private taxi instead, and have yet to be refunded nearly 2 months later. Customer service promised a resolution within 20 days, but 7 weeks after making the original complaint we have had no response. If you want a stress-free start to your holiday, avoid.”

“18 mei zou men ons komen ophalen aan hotel in Benidorm. Men kwam niet. Men raadde ons aan van suntranfers zelf een taxi nemen. Ik ontving mail om te reageren en kosten te declareren. Het zou 20 dagen duren voor reactie. Geen reactie en geen terugbetaling”

“Avoid at any cost. They don't sell transfers, they sell uncertainity and stress. I booked return transfers from Alicante airport to Valencia. The company cancelled on me on the first transfer, calling me the night before, saying they have "overbooking" at Alicante airport. It was a middle of the weekend but I managed to find an alternative. In a show of good faith (OR STUPIDITY, buyers beware) I kept the return transfer from Valencia to Alicante. Few days later, here I am @ 6am, in front of a hotel waiting to be picked up and... nobody shows up. This time the company doesn't even call me, I'm calling them for urgent assistance, I have a plane to catch 200km away from Valencia... and it's 6 in the morning. After 15mins they tell me they are UNABLE TO ORGANIZE THE TRANSFER, leaving me stranded. Then they send me an email, "in the spirit of good customer care" kindly asking me to write them, in detail what happened (?!?!?!?!) YOU DIDN'T F... SHOW UP WITHOUT ANY WARNING OR PRIOR NOTICE - THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED IN DETAILS. Avoid them in Spain - they don't seem to have a platform it's a joke not a service. My booking reference is MC4187. First and last one with these guys”

“I am writing this stuck on a shuttle coach at Heraklion Airport - We booked an express shuttle. Coach is supposed to leave within 30 mins with maximum 4 stops. We have been on it for over an hour now and if and when we do depart there are 7 stops before ours. Basically all transfers from all flights are lumped together on one coach. We are still waiting for several parties of people to arrive off other flights. Terrible.”

“Arrivés à Ibiza, nous sommes récupérés par ce transporteur…tout a l’air très bien bus propre mais comme on dit les apparences sont parfois trompeuses. Le chauffeur nous dépose à l’hôtel et repart aussitôt. Nous nous rendons à l’accueil et la réception nous dit que l’hôtel n’est pas le bon. Nous essayons de contacter le chauffeur pas de réponse. Nous enchaînons les appels à la plate-forme qui nous dit qu’elle essaye de joindre le conducteur. Au bout d’une heure trente toujours rien…personne n’est en capacité de nous dire si la prestation pourra être assurée. Au bout de 2 heures on nous dit de prendre un taxi à réserver par nos soins… nous somme dix donc 3 taxis. Montant 150 euros qu’on nous remboursera...ou pas. 3 jours plus tard rdv 14h25 pour un retour à l’aéroport… 10,20,30min pas de bus. C’est reparti pour les appels, après 30min nous devons nous résoudre à recommander des taxis pour ne pas louper l’avion. De nouveau 150 euros. Là encore personne n’est en capacité de nous répondre sur le fait d’être pris en charge ou non, sur les dédommagements si on loupe l’avion Ce service est clairement à éviter, pas sérieux, le client n’est pas considéré, livré à lui même et je pense que le remboursement d’une prestation a 280 euros s’annonce compliquée. Le slogan pourrait être « demmerdez vous seul » ça colle parfaitement à la réalité vécue. Pour conclure, privilégiez les taxis locaux, très agréables et finalement moins chers et dites vous que même s’il y a un petit couac vous ne pouvez pas faire pire que ce service.”

“I would not recommend! Didn't turn up to collect my party of 12, when I called I was instructed to get three taxis to get us all to the hotel and this would be refunded. They have now advised this will not be the case. Avoid in my opinion.”
