“Our driver made sure we could get into our villa and when we discovered the gates were locked he phoned the agent for us. It was raining heavily and he waited with us so we could wait in the car until the agent arrived. Excellent service”

“There appears to be a problem with Suntransfers at Dubai International Airport, two years running we have had a problem with the transfer at Dubai airport. The representative is at the airport holding a piece of paper with our name on, fantastic, we make ourselves known and get told to take a seat and our driver will be with us in 5 mins, great, we sit and wait! Nobody approaches us, so after nearly 20 minutes I get up and ask the rep if there is any sign of our driver, once again I am told take a seat the driver is on his way! I told the rep I've been waiting 20 mins already, where is the driver? He calls somebody else and this man tells me that the driver is probably parking, take a seat he'll be here soon. I was not happy and said I'd been waiting long enough, please ring the driver and find out exactly his location, which he did, but he wasn't very happy about it! He then told me our driver was just coming and he would be arriving in a couple of minutes, which he did. Not once did I get an apology for the amount of time I had waited and this happened two years running, please explain why? My daughters transfer from Suntransfers didn't even meet them at Dubai airport this September and they had to get a taxi! She is still waiting for an explanation and a refund!”

“Got to the airport a man with a card with our name on who then escorted us to our car. The driver was very nice well dressed and the car was nice and clean, offered us water and had a little chat on the way. At hotel pick up, lady diver was there in reception waiting which was nice, she was also very nice and the people carried she was driving was nice and clean. She also had a nice little chat going back to the airport. Would look at using Suntransfers again.”

“The transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to airport was excellent no hold ups,no having to confirm pick up times everything went as planned.we booked a private transfer for eight people and got what we payed for whole experience was excellent would recommend sun transfers to anybody and will use them all the time from now on.”
