“We have used Suntransfers for the three years,(twice per year), for our holidays in Portugal and have been totally satisfied with the service provided.The taxi has always been punctual with clean and tidy vehicles and very pleasant and helpful drivers. However, our experience in Spain in April 2016 had caused us great concern and distress, when our return taxi to the airport from our accommodation did not arrive after numerous telephone calls to ascertain the whereabouts of the vehicle, assurances from customer services, that the taxi was on its way were unfounded and it was necessary to aquire a local vehicle.Had there not been a short delay in aircraft departure times, we would have missed our flight home.Suntransfers apologised,assured us it was exceptionally rare for this to happen and offered us a discounted rate for any future bookings.Suffice to say our transport experience with Suntansfers on our latest holiday in Portugal, was excellent, although we do now ensure we have a back up!”

“Driver waiting for us when we arrived. Speedy safe transfer to resort. This was a shared minibus but only one other passenger. On return the taxi arrived slightly early. Again speedy safe transfer. Both drivers very courteous.”

“Our flight to Lisbon, Portugal, landed early and so the contact person was not immediately available at Arrivals. We waited five minutes or so and then a plaque with our name appeared. The greeters were clearly very busy and as a result the greeting was less than auspicious. Despite this we were directed to our taxi driver fairly efficiently and then... We had a great journey to the hotel. The taxi was very nice and the diver nicer still. He was friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. There was bottled water available for us too. Our hotel was tucked out of the way and approached by VERY narrow, winding, medieval lanes. The driver struggled to locate it but persevered and took his taxi up the narrow lanes. I was expecting him to say, at any moment, that we would need to get out and walk the last few yards - but he didn't, he took us to the door. On the way back we had a different driver but he was again very polite and friendly and again had excellent English. He was very punctual too. The transfer taxi can often get a holiday off to a bad start (such as when we were ripped off in Rome), but the Suntransfers taxis ensured our short break had the perfect start and finish. Much appreciated.”

“Our driver made sure we could get into our villa and when we discovered the gates were locked he phoned the agent for us. It was raining heavily and he waited with us so we could wait in the car until the agent arrived. Excellent service”
