“We have used Suntransfers a number of times in Portugal and have never been disappointed. The driver met us at arrivals and was at the hotel a little before the agreed pickup time so there were no delays in leaving for the airport.”

“Overall, my experience with Suntransfers was a good one from booking the transfers to being picked up. I was however surprised to find an extra charge of one pound as non- sterling fee on my bank statement. I appreciate it is an insignificant amount but would suggest that for reasons of clarity and transparency at the time of booking, this should be explained. I was also unhappy about the fact that we had to take the airport shuttle bus from Terminal 1 to 2b rather than being greeted immediately at our arrival. In addition, the driver could have been a little more pleasant. On our return, we were dropped off at Terminal 1 so were happy about that and the driver was very friendly and talkative.”

“Have used Suntransfers for the last four years and wouldn't consider using anyone else! Their website is easy to book on, prices are very good and their drivers are waiting in arrivals with a sign with our name on, so he is easy to find. The vehicles they use are of a good standard and when they pick us up for the return journey they are always punctual. We have checked elsewhere and cannot better them on price.”

“Booking was easy and simple, drivers were curtious and polite , both drivers arrived 10 mins before scheduled pick up, so would not hesitate to recommend to anyone booking online. Overall 5 ***** from me excellent service all round. 😎”

“I would have no hesitation in recommending Sun Transfers, We booked a vehicle for 6 people, the booking process was easy and I was kept up to date with reminders of the times / dates of collection. The driver was at the airport waiting on our arrival with clear name sign to be found, likewise on our return journey to the Airport. The vehicle was clean and the driver helpful. We could ask for no better service.”

“We arrived in Berlin after a very long day of traveling expecting a driver to be waiting at arrivals for us to help with luggage and deliver us to our hotel. No driver showed up (despite our having booked months beforehand). We waited an hour including spending 25 minutes on the phone with Customer Service to find our driver. We ended up having to take a taxi to our hotel which meant managing a lot of luggage and a handicapped person from the gate to the taxi stand. On our return trip to the airport, our driver was 15 minutes late to pick us up after being assured that the driver would be on time. Customer Service was dreadful when we asked for a refund until a supervisor got involved. We are world travelers and hire many different companies for tours and transfers and I can say we have never experienced such poor customer service. This experience of one driver not showing up and another driver arriving late is enough for me to not ever use Sun Transfers again.”

“The drivers were late to pick up at the airport and then could not find the property. They did not arrive at all firvthe departure pick up and it was impossible to communicate with the office. I emailed a complaint after the holiday and they did not respond. I would not recommend this company. There are other companies.”
