AVOID THIS COMPANY! We booked a Taxi service with Suntransfers and the driver never showed up. We already paid the booking in advance and tried to get a refund. We were told we would have to wait 21 days while they ''investigated'' the matter even though we had called them at the time and they confirmed the driver was not contactable and they had no other drivers available. It has been well over a month now and despite several calls and emails we have not been able to get a refund. Complete disgrace.

WORST COMPANY EVER, DO NOT BOOK, TRANSFER DID NOT SHOW UP We have booked transfer from Pisa Airport to Marina di Bibbon a in Tuscany, Italy with Suntransfers. Total cost was €137.80 which was taken from my card immediately on confirmation. When we arrived there was NO TRANSFER, NO DRIVER, NO CAR. We landed at midnight with two exhausted kids who were promised a private driver waiting on us with their names on it, disappointment is an understatement. I went to live chat and have been advised that they can’t get in touch with the driver and we have to get a taxi and pay for it ourselves. I asked them to arrange a local taxi for us and settle for it as there was none at the airport at the time and my request was declined. They said book a taxi and we will refund you. Airport taxi cost €140. One month later I`m still waiting on refund. There was no acknowledgement of their failure to provide service we booked, no apology. I have received email looking for feedback to which I replied and of course it wasn’t posted to their website, no follow up either. Every time I call they say there is a backlog and no one can do anything for me. Today Customer Service representative told me he can do nothing, no one can do anything and hanged up on me when I was asking to email Quality Department who deal with refunds and CC me on his response. Company is complete joke and staff is highly unprofessional. Never again will I book with the company or recommend to anyone I know. Stay away, you will get no transfer or refund! Ludmila Murasova

My flight was delayed for 1 hour and my drivers was gone I have looked and called four 30min NOBODY So i took a shuttlebus to my hotel Thats why i cancelled my ride back bacause they are not worth it

Absolutely disgraceful company. Booked and prepaid for a taxi so our daughter didnt have to organise it herself when she got to Alicante. The taxi didn't turn up.We contacted Sun Transfers about it but they have ignored the emails. If they were UK based we could bring a court claim but they rely on being in Spain. Basically fraudsters. Do not pre pay them as they will steal your money. Book someone with integrity.

We have just had the same experience and had the bad luck of speaking to their customer service person Ayola who was extremely rude and shouted down the phone, calling me a liar. We have been left high and dry with no transport back to the airport - a transfer service which we had already paid in full. Absolutely disgusting. Shame on Suntransfers

very poor service, the driver was nowhere to be seen when my children got out of the airport. They plane landed at 9:55, the driver called them at 10:44 to tell them to meet him in the car park, where they had to go alone, dragging their suitcases by 40 degree celsius. Customer service was not picking up the phone, and when my call got answered, i had to wait 20 mn to get an invitation (in spanish when i was calling the french customer service !) to leave a message (which I di), I'm still waiting fore them to get back to me (now it's for 16:27...) Never again !

Patetico servicio y lamentable customer service. Reserve con 2 semanas de antelacion la recogida a la 13.00 en mi hotel porque el avion salia a las 18h. Se supone que con 24h de antelacion debe decirte a que hora te recogeran. Contacte el dia anterior varias veces con ellos y no tenian ni idea de a la hora que vendrian a recogernos. El mismo dia que mi vuelo salia volvi a contactar y me dicen que vendran a las 3.35 cuando a las 3pm yo ya deberia estar en el aeropuerto (el viaje desde mi alojamiento al aeropuerto es de mas de 1h si todo va bien). Les digo que es inaceptable y me dicen que no es su problema (tengo todas las conversaciones que tuvimos, incluso hasta cancelaron la conversacion). Tuve que cancelar 2h antes debido que me iban a hacer perder el vuelo y por supuesto me dijeron que el dinero no se devuelve. Voy a poner una queja en la oficina del consumidor por estafadores y ladrones. MUCHO CUIDADO CON ELLOS!!!! No son lo que dicen y en caso de problema no se hacen responsables de nada, solo de no devolverte el dinero.

Turned up 40 mins late, went to the wrong Terminal @ Paris CDG. Then didn't turn up at all for the return journey. Absolute bunch of jokers.

Do Not Use Sun Transfers: Did not show up for transfer from airport to hotel or for return one week later. No satisfaction from their customer service.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY. Picked us up from airport in a 40 year old rust bucket with no air conditioning. Didn’t even bother to collect us from the hotel for our transfer back to the airport and had to book a taxi. Nearly missed our flight.

Forgot to pick up our scheduled party of 11 from Vogue Supreme Bodrum.. to the airport on July 9, 2022. We had to end up taking taxis & almost missed our flight. This was previously scheduled and paid for weeks in advance.

Pessimo Pessimo, pagato transfer da Gatwick a Londra e non si sono neanche presentati in aeroporto. Non ho ricevuto nessun avviso e ho dovuto aspettare 1 ora per un taxi che ho pagato 130 pounds. Spero almeno in un rimborso . Mai più suntransfers.Da evitare se non si vuole rimanere a piedi come noi coi bambini

Pésimo servicio. Jamás llegó el Transfer a retirarme al aeropuerto y al día de hoy no he tenido respuestas ni devolución de dinero. El viaje lo realicé el 18 de junio y ninguna respuesta.

Don't use these scammers Booked transfer from faro to albuferia the taxi failed to turn up. Customer service no help They told to make my own way and send the bill to them and they'll refund me once its investigated. I'm still waiting for refund They dont want to deal with there customers

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have one job, to book transfer. They failed to book the transfer, left us waiting at the airport, did not call me back and then left me on hold whist waiting to speak to a manager (eventually I hung up).

DO NOT use Suntransfers.com company at all costs! The company asked for the full payment of return transports in advance. Our new transfer time of 06:30 on the 29th June from Camp de Mar to PMI Mallorca airport was confirmed in writing 3 days before the flight. But on the 29th, the transport driver came 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time, while we were about to have a 15-minute breakfast. He treatened us that he will leave if in 5 minutes if we do not leave for the airport. I showed him the pdf. confirmation from Suntransfers.com for the pick-up time of 06:30, 29th June. He said, he does not care because he has a different text from his company, the old 06:00 pick-up time. I called their U.K. and Spain hotline numbers to clarify the issue but nobody answered the phones. He added that his time is very important that is why he is not willing to wait longer than 5 mins. We had no choice but to get inside the vehicle ASAP with stomachs empty. The vehicle was so hot inside even that early in the morning. We had to ask the driver three times to put the A/C on before he finally instructed us to find the button somewhere at the back. We scheduled everything as per Suntransfers rules but this driver (Camp de Mar to PMI) is utterly rude and horrible. We do not know his name, no badge and he refused to show his I.D. He just showed us the text instruction for picking is up. We decided not to argue just so we will not miss our flight. But never again we will use Suntransfers.com service. This is the first and the last time we will use this company.
