Booking ref ML5366 06:10 am My return transfer to faro Airport did not arrive so I contacted the out of hours contact number for help and to report the absence of the driver this after 20 minutes after the arranged time to be told it wasn't coming and I was to find alternative transport back to the airport I was to be refunded the portion of the trip and to just get on with it ,I could not phone a taxi just wouldn't connect the town was a mile down hill. At this point a I and my family were panicking as the deadline for my flight was looming so I got back on to the phone to the out of hours number but unfortunately they were not interested at all didn't want to know we were on our own so we had to run with case's down to the town and hope we could get a taxi after a further half an hour we did and just made it in time to the airport, is this really acceptable behaviour from a company like this shocking!!!!!!!! The to say we would give you 10% of our next booking I find insulting and offensive like we are ever going to use you after that !!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had the most stressful experience with suntransfers at faro airport. Had shuttle transfer booked, had a long wait on arrival to faro airport, which can be expected but communication was very poor and we were left waiting to the side with no idea what was happening. On return journey you are meant to receive pickup time 24hours before. I had to ring to find out pickup time as had received no notification, very hard to get through via phone and live chat. Got pickup time eventually by email and which meant we would arrive to the airport with roughly 1 hour and 15 mins to check in bag and get through security (airport recommends being there 2.5 hours before flight) Rang all the numbers, eventually getting through to someone who very rudely said there was nothing they would do, to book a taxi if I wasn’t happy and in the end hung up on me.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. IT IS A REAL SCAMMERS. I didn´t get the transfer and never got the refund. Also a customer service do not reply and don´t give you aby assistance. I stayed at night with 2 kids at the airport, because this scammers didn´t organize transfer. So in the end i Took a taxi and pay a fortune to get to the hotel. I was hopping to get a refunt and compensation from suntransfers, but they never reply. So if you don´t want to stay at night without transfer and your money, avoid this company. As they assistant told me at the airport- it is the most untrastable company at the airport!!!

I used this company once and never again. We arrived at the airport and waited for the driver. He didn’t show up. I called the customer support twice although in roaming which caused me extra charge. They told me some woman will wait for us. The woman had no sign or what so ever with her, just standing with her back towards the street. I found her by asking other women around if they were waiting for me. She was unapologetic and cold. After some time, a driver came who probably was asked to take place of the designated driver. I canceled my return trip with this company, because didn’t want to risk and lose the flight. Will never use them again

The pick up from Ljubljana airport was fine. My name was clearly displayed by the driver in arrivals. The car was very nice and clean and the journey was easy. Our return was hell. I scheduled our pick up for 6:35pm and we were waiting outside the hotel at 6:25pm. 6:35pm comes and passes. It gets to 6:45pm and no car has arrived. We try calling the numbers on the paper work; none of them work. I tried to find a help section on their website. Absolutely useless. My partner some how manages to find a chat option and the advisor says they will investigate what's happened; "one moment please". 5/10 mins later, still nothing, no reply. By this point it's gone 7pm and we need to check in for our flight at 7:20pm and the airport is a good 30-40 mins away in good traffic. We ask our hotel to arrange a taxi for us because we can't wait any longer. The person on the chat says the driver is waiting for us, but there is absolutely no sign at the hotel. They then give another excuse and ask if we still want a transfer. We tell them we're already very late and have had to get in a taxi. Half way to the airport our taxi driver gets a call from our hotel saying the Suntransfer driver has arrived. Absolutely shocking! I'm pregnant and have travel anxiety; when I book a transfer for 6:35pm, that is the time I expect the car to arrive. Not an hour later! I got an email from Suntransfers saying "the issue was caused by an administrative error resulting in incredibly poor experience and we are truly sorry." I was refunded the return transfer cost. We will not be using Suransfers again.

Es una estafa!!! He realizado una reserva para mi madre de 78 años en silla de ruedas desde el aeropuerto de Barcelona al hotel y no sólo la mantuvieron esperando más de 1 hora, sino que nunca apareció el chofer. Dos meses después no me devuelven el dinero, ni si quiera me responden los correos. Es una vergüenza que una empresa nos time de este modo.

No-one showed up at the airport. We waited for a while but no-one showed up and could not phone as I did not have local mobile service provider yet. Got the bus to the hotel. I might chose a provider with more of a presence at the airport next time and not rely on being called by the customer.

Awful customer service. Our flight and bags were delayed, and the driver didn't even call and left despite us pre paying for the taxi. It clearly states on the website that drivers will wait no matter what. We then cancelled our return taxi a week later, and didn't get a refund (despite being well outside of the 2 day collection date) Now, 3 weeks later, still nothing despite my chasing and they say another 3 weeks. Meanwhile we are out of pocket. From the website - Flight delays: If your inbound flight prior to the transfer from the airport is delayed or diverted to a different airport, we will do our best to reschedule the transfer according to your new arrival time, free of charge. If we are unable to reschedule your transfer due to lack of available vehicles, you will be refunded in full for the affected transfer - UNTRUE For a company that states 'they are always here to help', I would say the opposite. AVOID

réservation LY6438 du 25 May Attention grosse ARNAQUE. Personne n'est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport de l'ile Maurice et personne ne connaissait cette entreprise. Malgré plusieurs tentatives pour contacter le service Co (ce qui nous a couté 2 bras de hors forfait téléphonique ) notre dossier est resté en suspend. A ce jour toujours aucun remboursement en vue et le service commercial est sourd à nos messages .... Nous avons du prendre un autre moyen de transport dans l'urgence qui nous a couté une fortune.

Very bad service. I would not suggest booking through suntransfers. The company books a taxi (or not). I expected additional service when my flight was delayed, but instead suntransfers hides behind a 'call us' policy when the drivers is not showing up which made me paying for an extra taxi (which was cheaper as well). When addressing, there is no compassion or services at all. Would not recommend for a next trip.

Unreliable Transfer Company We used Sun Transfers in Jul 22 in Rome. I have lodged a complaint with the company twice now and received no response even though I was told we would. Issues encountered 1. Sun Transfers cancelled our booked transfer just as we were travelling to the airport, via an email and a call up. We were travelling Friday with taxi booked for Sunday morn from Rome to Cruise Port, no offer to find alternative for us, this left me searching for transfers whilst travelling. Reason provided broken taxi! 2. After arriving in Rome, we waited an hour and 15 mins for our taxi from airport to Rome centre to turn up. At this point I rang the not so helpful helpline as per instructions, only to be rudely shouted at by customer services about reading the instructions, i kept advising I was reading the instructions having had a copy in front of me, she continued to rant at me, even shouting! I could not get a word in, eventually I managed to stop the lady by abruptly shouting hello continually at her, eventually she checked our customer docs and advised we hadn’t been sent a second email where the instructions were changed. We were then told to standby, a call returned 15 mins later and no taxi, the taxi had broken down again! Huge apologies and told to log complaint when back in UK. 3. I advised customer services I would not use them again and was very disappointed about both let downs. 4. I had a 3rd transfer booked and attempted to cancel, expecting to be refunded given the experience over one weekend! I have emailed this, I was told to log a claim and a response is received in 30 days, no response 3 emails later. 5. Beware, i have been refunded for two of our trips but took an FX hit of £25 for both trips as invoiced in Euros. I have always used this company and albeit they were always late and never there holding the sign with your name on it as they advise, but to not turn up and then to be shouted at by customer services on what should be a happy occasion commencing your holiday, it was completely out of order and your agent should be re-trained on customer service handling. I don’t usually write many reviews however I didn’t want other holiday makers going through the same drama as we did! We have since used booking.com with no drama!

Worst service ever. Was made to wait in the sun at 40 degrees with 2 little kids for 1 hour delay without notice. Call center unable to help and simply hanging up

Der gebuchte Fahrer von Suntransfers.com war bei der Ankunft am Flughafen Lamerzia Terme nicht anwesend. Auch die gewählte Notfall-Nummer war nicht erreichbar. So mussten wir zu später Stunde selbst einen Transfer organisieren, was auf diesem kleinen Flughafen nicht einfach war für 4 Personen mit Gepäck. Mit einem Mail wurde uns eine Antwort innert 20 Tagen versprochen. Da warten wir noch heute. Entsprechende Reklmationen meinerseits bleiben ebenfalls ohne antwort. Auch die Rückerstattung ist bis heute ausstehend.!!! Nie mehr wieder eine buchung mit Suntransfers!!! Albert G. (Switzerland)

I had booked a transfer from Bordeaux Airport on the 5th Aug for 2 adults and 2children. My transfer never showed. I rang the emergency number . I was told to get another taxi. very poor service. would not recommend. I have still not recieved a refund.

This service was awful! We booked at transfer from Malaga airport, arriving at 1 am. We gave all the flights details . Our flight was 15 minutes late to arrive , we collected out luggage came through arrivals expecting to see our taxi! But no one with our name on a notice board was there. We phoned a number which was on the email conformation. We phoned them the operator said they would contact the taxi and he would ring straight back, 15 Minutes later no one called back. So we phoned again, this is now 2am, the operator put us on hold , they returned over 5 minutes later to say the taxi was here but didn’t wait, we said came they send another taxi , they said they couldn’t and we would get an email stating we would get a refund and hung up! We were stranded at the airport!! We still haven’t received a refund and this incident was 22nd July 22. I would never use this service again and I would advise others not to use them ! Shocking service!!!!!!

Start of our holidays was super we meet a very positive happy lady who collected us from Girona airport and transferred us to our destination. All positive great start to our family holiday of a group of 10. 4 adults and 6 kids. But on our collection this was the worst nightmare any family can think of. Standing waiting with a couple of 4 and 5 year old at our hotel at 4am in the morning. We gave the company 15 min grace and than with the help of the receptionist got through to the company we waited another 20 mins but we never got a call back so we rang again. Our resulting answer was no one was going to collect us and ring taxi and they will pay the bill once we got receipts in Reading the email they will investigate and get back to us which can take upto 20 days which is a joke as they know we never got collected and the company are at fault. Ringing other taxis to bring us at 4.50 at a distance of 40 mins, when our flight is at 6.45am we'll let's say it not the best. Kids distraught in case we missed our flight. Luckily we just had enough to cover 3 taxis. Such a bad experience as we paid all up in front. Won't be using this company again and I'd advise people to pay half fare only. We are now out of pocket of upto 180euro before we got home.

Suntransfers was not in the arrivals when we landed and they said they would try to pick-up our party of 6 but it would be difficult with such a large party. We were refused a refund.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cette compagnie, on a réservé deux semaines avant notre arrivée et le jour j arrive, et personne n'est là ! Cetait tard la nuit avec un enfant bas âge ! On a du prendre le risque de partir avec un clandestin et payer 100 euros de plus et encore perdre de la route. On a vecu une experience très désagréable ! Cet act inadmissible et irresponsable de la part de cette sois disons société pourrait engendrer des conséquences graves ! Et cerise sur le gâteau quand jai remonté ma réclamation la réponse cetait quelle sera traité dans 30 jours. Honnêtement, ca sent l'arnaque ! Bref je ne vous recommande pas!

PESSIMI!!! zero stelle è quello che meritano! Prenotazione andata da Orly e ritorno per Orly.Cancellata la prenotazione dell'andata pochi giorni prima, confermato il ritorno, annullata prenotazione del ritorno il giorno o prima della partenza per poi riconfermare il ritorno pochi minuti dopo. Mi inviano il messaggio di conferma con voucher allegato il giorno prima della partenza da Parigi e la mattina della partenza non si presenta nessuno. Ci hanno lasciati a piedi con due bambini e le valigie con il rischio di perdere il volo!! Prima cosa al mio arrivo sarà fargli causa! Ho sbagliato a non prenotare anche il rientro con l'azienda dell'andata molto più affidabile!! Pessimi e dire poco
