“PESSIMI!!! zero stelle è quello che meritano! Prenotazione andata da Orly e ritorno per Orly.Cancellata la prenotazione dell'andata pochi giorni prima, confermato il ritorno, annullata prenotazione del ritorno il giorno o prima della partenza per poi riconfermare il ritorno pochi minuti dopo. Mi inviano il messaggio di conferma con voucher allegato il giorno prima della partenza da Parigi e la mattina della partenza non si presenta nessuno. Ci hanno lasciati a piedi con due bambini e le valigie con il rischio di perdere il volo!! Prima cosa al mio arrivo sarà fargli causa! Ho sbagliato a non prenotare anche il rientro con l'azienda dell'andata molto più affidabile!! Pessimi e dire poco”

“A FUIR ! Sans réponse à mes réclamation depuis plus d'un mois, sun transfert à annulé deux fois mes prise en charge et ne veux pas me rembourser le taxi que j'ai dû prendre ni le trajet qu'ils ont annulés à la dernière minute à chaque fois. Ce n'est pas la première fois que j'ai une mauvaise expérience avec eux. Je le déconseille.”

“Totally unreliable. Booked 2 transfers and both didn’t show up. Terrible customer service. Was told lies until they admitted no car coming on both occasions DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLY UNRELIABLE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DEAL WITH”

“Booking and money taken, no car turned up on the day to take us to the airport. Contacted the company no one returned the call. Had to call again, to be told order a taxi elsewhere that no car was coming. This resulted in panic and stress as we were afraid we would miss our flight. We have tried contacting the company numerous times to be told the usual yarn, they need to do an investigation. I can see from all the other reviews this is what they say to delay refunding our money. I work damn hard for my money and I will not be swindled by SUNTRANSFERS When I ring they disconnect but that’s ok I’ll keep ringing and reviewing. I hope anyone reading this chooses another company. What happened to us wasn’t a once off. Read the reviews, chances of a car turning up are 50/50 I personally will not use them again.”

“ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible experience. Arrived to Mexico City in the middle of night to no transfer there to greet me. (Great news for solo female traveller in CDMX). After checking the two arrival gates with heavy suitcase I called the UK help centre (another unnecessary expense) who tried calling my driver. I was then told after 20 mins they were unable to reach me driver and I should find an alternative route to my hotel. I held off writing this review but it has now been almost a month and no member of the team have followed up with me for my refund, apology and additional compensation for stress and last minute transport costs.”

“An absolute disgrace. No response to numerous e-mails when we were on holiday, didnt show up to collect us in spite of the service being paid for in advance. Left 3 children, one with special needs in absolute terror at the prospect of missing out flight home. I had to pay for an expensive last minute transfer though another carrier less than 2 hours away from our flight and just about made it onto the plane. Also on the advice of Sun Transfers I have sent a receipt for them to reimburse me. Hasn't happened. Still no reply to e-mails in spite of numerous attempts. I have made an appointment to take legal action against this company. Something they could have avoided, and still can, if they responded and re-funded me like they said they would. This resulted in a very stressful situation especially for my daughter. This is really unforgivable.”

“We booked a cab transfer to the hotel shortly before our departure from DUS to XRY. Unfortunately, our flight was about 2 h late. At the airport XRY was no driver on site, despite waiting and asking everywhere. We finally organized another transport. After writing to info@suntransfer.com with our complaint with recovery of the already paid transfer no answer. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN SUNTRANFERS. In our eyes rip-off artists and scammers. Warning to all potential customers! Who reads the reviews finds out that the overall rating 4.7 is fake.”

“No one showed up when we arrived. Ended up going to the standard taxi queue and payed for the transport again. Just stupid of me to pre-pay to Suntransfer. Stay away from this company”

“Booked a cab from a villa in Pernera to Larnaca airport on the 2nd July 2022. The cab was supposed to pick us up at 16.30, several phone calls to Sun Transfers trying to establish exactly where our cab was, we were still waiting at 17.15 for our transfer to the airport. We had to quickly arrange a taxi with another taxi company which cost 80 euros, we finally arrived at Larnaca airport at 18.15, one hour and 15 minutes before our flight and still had to check in and get through to departures......very stressful!!! I have emailed Sun Transfers and telephoned numerous times asking for a full refund and but to date I have received no acknowledgement of my emails and now I can't get through to them on the phone! Absolutely appalling service!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Prebooked and paid for a Pick up at Istanbul Airport for my husband and I. Followed the instructions to go to gate 9 look for B1, we waited for 20 minutes no driver. Got a taxi at our own expense. I called when the following day, the voice promt states that if you have an email voucher your trip is confirmed. When it was time to go back to the airport same story. Pity I didnt read the reviews before hand I would never have used this service. Awaiting a reply and a refund.”

“DON'T use this company. Didn't turn up at the airport and sent a cancellation while my flight was in the air. No apology and when I canceled the trip I got a partial refund which I am disputing with them. AVOID”

“Absolutely TERRIBLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We waited 1hr and 45 minutes in Faro Airport for our transfer to Albufeira. We were not the only customers left waiting at the airport from our flight also using Suntrafers. Following several phone calls,we were eventually told to leave airport and look for white transit The driver was very rude when we eventually found him parked not near any taxi or other transfers We then cancelled our return Transfer July 2022 They are not reliable”

“Driver didn't turn up. Called customer services who eventually told us to make our own way into the city. This was late at night. Emailed to explain what had happened and request a refund. This was over 30 days ago. Have been completely ignored. Dreadful service.”

“I booked my transfer over 2 weeks prior to travelling. As my flight arrived at 11pm, I wanted to have my transfer booked and sorted. The confirmation email that was sent to me claims that if there are any delays with the flight, the driver will wait accordingly as they track the flight. I ended up getting through at Faro airport at 3:00AM and no driver was waiting for me. No communication to let me know. Only after ringing through multiple times did they tell me that my driver was “unwell” and not coming. I understand that these things happen but IF my driver was unwell, then I should have been informed prior to my flight. The man on the phone was extremely unhelpful and ignored every question I asked him, he sat there silent on the phone, not helping me to replace the driver. Unfortunately this company left me (a young vulnerable female) stranded in Portugal , a country where I’ve never been and most definitely can’t speak the language, in the middle of the night. The man stated that I’d receive a refund, but I NEVER got the confirmation email. I had to call back the next day. Another man on the phone told me that “this happens all the time”. If this happens all the time then why don’t the have the resources to fix this issue or at least a contingency plan? He then proceeded to tell me that a refund takes 15 days, which is far too long considering it was a mistake on their behalf. Sun Transfers has no sense of communication - I’d recommend to book with another company if you actually want to receive a driver. Both people that I spoke to on the phones, were extremely unhelpful, unapologetic and unable to problem solve. Based off other comments, I’m not the only one and it’s appalling that so many others are also left stranded. Hopefully this company does the right thing and refunds everyone that has been affected. The amount of emotional distress this company has caused me is too much, and has ruined my holiday.”
