Both pick ups were late, but not a problem, a quick phone call and a quick reply. Barcelona had a marathon on our collection day which resulted in heavy traffic, although the driver should have been aware of this, any other pick ups we have had the driver is always early and waiting, as I said it worked out fine in the end.
