“We booked with this company to collect us from Heathrow Airport, the after 2 weeks, return us to Heathrow Airport and again, be collected at Milan Airport. There wasn't anyone waiting for us in Heathrow, so we got abit worried and in the end found a man waiting for us, but the sign he was holding was small and he wasn't in the line of people as you exit the Arrivals Area - he was to the side. His driving was through a lot of back roads and very fast, but we made it to our Euston apartment in good time. The return trip to the airport was with someone different and this trip was much more comfortable and not as fast and windy. He arrived on time and delivered us safely to the airport, parking near where we needed to check in for our ongoing flight to Milan When we were met in Milan, unfortunately the van we had booked (there are 2 adults and 1 child with 3 large suitcases and 3 hand luggage) was not a van, it was a Mercedes car. The man was right their at the Arrivals Hall and was in fact a senior of the Milan company so he told us. After abit of juggling (the Mercedes boot size is good), our cases fitted, but we had to hold some of our hand luggage, so not all that comfortable. He did call the office to tell them they had not sent the correct vehicle, so that was professional, however he spent the entire trip from airport to our apartment on his mobile phone and then when we arrived at our apartment, he stayed in the car, my husband and I having to get our luggage out of the boot. The drivers in the UK helped us with our luggage. We were however pleased that our pick ups and drop offs were on time and our flights were all met with plenty of time that we had allowed for. I would use this company again, however if a van is booked, then please send a van, not a sedan, as a lot of tourists have a lot of luggage and have booked a van for that reason. I would recommend this company to friends and family also.”

“We had booked and paid for a return trip from our hotel to Faro Airport. The booking was for 11am. By 11.30am the car had not arrived so we had to ask the hotel to arrange alternative transport so we would'nt miss our flight. We will never use this service again.”

“The pickup and transfer to our hotel was not good the driver not being there when we arrived at airport, then when contact was made spent too much time talking to other drivers while making our way to the car. Then the transfer to quara was a matter of hold onto your seats for a mad and fast drive to our hotel while talking to his family on the phone. Not good. The pickup by George the taxi driver from hotel to airport was like having a cheuefer. He was smooth, safe and a real gentleman getting us to the airport in comfort. Peter Bullard”

“We have used Suntransfers on 4 occasions. The service is very reliable. The drivers are very obliging and friendly. Once, we were delayed by 24 hours and Suntransfers couldn't have been more helpful. They rearranged our booking at no extra cost. I would recommend them to anyone!”
