“Airport - Paphos (return) Efficient service - plane was a little late arriving but driver waiting for us. Return driver arrived ten minutes early but we were waiting for him. We will certainly consider using you again.”

“Overall we were pleased with the transfer service. One item for improvement: We felt a little unsafe on the motorway because your drivers (like many other drivers in Dubai) keep too little distance to the car in front. I recommend that you remind your drivers about the concept of "defensive driving".”

“I booked and paid for a car seat for a baby (6 -24 months) for both legs of my journey and on both occasions the driver only had a booster seat for an older child with him. Both drivers were unhelpful and I had to hold my baby within my seat belt during both journeys.”

“had to ask to find driver he was not holding up a sign with our name on, on arrival at lanzarotte. Rung day before departure to confirm our pick up as advised by friends then when transfer arrived driver only have 2 adults on paperwork to pick up so had a little hunt out our original paperwork to prove about the 2 kids”

“Would have liked to have seen a confirmation service to ensure that the return pickup was organised. My return pickup was 5am so when it was 10minutes late,you kind of panic if the driver was on route or not?”
