“AVOID THIS COMPANY - You only find out what a company’s customer service is really like when something goes wrong. I’ve used Sun Transfers a few times before without incident and therefore trusted them. Unfortunately on this occasion they really let me down and failed to take responsibility. My flight was delayed by 2 hours, when I arrived I had missed calls and messages from the driver who had arrived at the original time and not checked for delays. By the time I was able to respond the driver had gone was ignoring my calls & messages. It was late at night with a tired family, we wandered around for a while and eventually had to pay for a taxi. I got in the taxi and looked for Sun Transfers contact details only to find an email from them telling me that their driver was unable to contact me or complete the pick-up and that it was my fault for not answering the calls ( I could not answer as I was on the delayed flight) and that no refund was available. This left a very unpleasant taste not how you want to start your holiday at all, I checked the T&C’s and they claim they will try to reschedule the driver in the event of delays and if not possible will issue a refund. I phoned and then wrote to their customer services after my holiday and they still insist no refund is due as they were unable to contact me !!! I will never use this company again and would recommend others to AVOID this company they are unprofessional and CAN NOT BE RELIED UPON WHEN THINGS DON’T GO TO PLAN I wish I’d paid a little more and used the hotel’s transfer service, Sun Transfers price is only a little bit cheaper and they have proven it is not worth the hassle for the sake of saving a few pounds.”

“Excellent service. I misread the pick up time for our return transfer so we were 15 minutes late but the driver waited for over 20 minutes on a busy "no parking" road going out of his way to make sure he fulfilled the order. Would certainly recommend to anyone thinking of booking transfers and Sun Transfers were by far the cheapest too!”

“Booked a transfer faro to lagos (Portugal). I was told I will not be told the details of my return & only my hotel would however I was not staying in a hotel. This caused a lot of unneeded worry because it was totally wrong. I was emailed and texted the details of my return & they arrived on time and was really nice driver.”

“FINGER WEG VON SUNTANSFERS!!! sie verdienen nicht mal 1 Stern Einfach nicht gekommen, die angegebenen Hotlines waren nicht verfügbar, der angepriesene live-chatt funktionierte auch nicht, etc.etc. Glaubt den seriösen Angaben auf der Homepage nicht! Besser vor Ort ein Taxi bestellen, bzw. es stehen genug vor den Flughäfen.”

“Booked for transfer from Barcelona Cruise Terminal to Airport and they did not show up upto 20 mins after scheduled time. We took a taxi to airport and Sun Transfers stated they tried to contact us but no call was received. Sun Transfers said no refund would be given. My experience is that Sun Transfers is unreliable and does not proved customer service. Use at your peril.”

“I reserved this transfer about two months ago, and paid it upfront. Now, as I am just about to walk out the door I get an email stating that I have to pay double because they stated that the resort was farther than they realized. WHAT!!!! This is only 26 hours from the meeting time. They would not refund my money, because it had to be within a certain time. I canceled anyway, with only half a refund and booked with Taxi2airport .com. Much simpler. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!!!”

“We booked a transfer from Tenerife airport to the cleopatra palace. The bus driver dropped us off 20 minutes away from the hotel and we had to get a taxi for the rest of the journey. When we complained to sun transfers the bus company said that this never happened that we were dropped at the hotel. We got a receipt from the taxi driver as proof of journey. We won’t be using sun transfer’s again.”

“I took your transfer on 6/4/23from Fuertoventura airport to El Cotillo and back on 13/04/23.The timing was perfect and the drivers very kind.The price was cheap if you compare it to a taxi.I paid 21,39 euros including the protection.”

“Poor customer service they never responded to my emails regarding my complaints We were supposed to be picked up in Lisbon Plane was a little late got our luggage immediately but there was no driver or a sign with our name on the transfer board when we arrived Took over 40 minutes to get a ride”

“Terrible service no way to contact the company when we weren’t picked up at Manila Airport. Save your money and change some money and get a taxi. Much cheaper and you won’t get ripped off. We were denied a refund we cancelled our return but because we didn’t give 48 hours notice we lost our money yet again. There was no way to contact the company to change the the pickup time. Poor communication the only contact we had was from the USA no one is available to deal with local local issues . Never again .”

“1 adulto y dos niños abandonados en el aeropuerto. Si vais tardar más de una hora en inmigración, como ése fue el caso, el transporte se va a ir sin avisar. Tal cual. Recomiendo coger un taxi en la salida de la terminal. Mucho más fácil y más barato.”

“Arrived at Faro airport and no trace of the driver. On the third occasion I passed the area I found him. He made no attempt to assist with luggage. Car had a stain in the seat and driver never spoke once during the journey. He then demanded payment in cash as he said he had no machine for a card transaction. Very poor service. I contacted the company at the time to complain and they weren't the least interested. They said all their vehicles were being used so used another company for our journey. Not good enough.”

“A pior experiência a nivel de transferes que alguma vez assisti Cancelaram-me uma reserva para um grupo de 10 pessoas porque não entenderam o horário do voo e não deixaram alterar a reserva feita com 48h de antevendo ando voo. Ficaram com 124€! NUNCA MAIS NÃO ACONSELHO NÃO UTILIZEM USEM O GET YOUR GUIDE SEMPRE”

“This company sucks. Don’t book them, there are other transfer companies you can use. Booked a private transfer and they made us share as they said because of construction they couldn’t get the car?? Upon pick up to the airport our transfer time was at 1120am, the call us at 1125 to say our pick shows 1130am? But they will be at our hotel at 1140am! HUGE disappointment!!!!!”

“Ordered a premium minivan that seats 6 people and 6 bags for two of us. On arrival at faro, waited 8-10 minutes and then a normal taxi picks us up. Whilst this was adequate and driver was courteous, its not what I ordered or paid for. I paid for a premium vehicle and not a standard taxi. Clearly the organiser saw there were only two of us so decided we didn't need what we had paid for and a normal car was adequate. Difficult to contact and waiting to see if get reimbursed, not optimistic. Uber would have been much quicker and cheaper.”
