“Great service but driver from Airport could not speak English so was not dropped off at hotel. Spanish phone number 24/7 no one answered it. Confused whether was going to be picked up where we were dropped off or at hotel as driver really confused us. Gladly we were picked up at hotel by a lovely polite young man. Great service but staff need to answer the phone when we have a query or need advise.”

“Don't bother unless you want to be ripped off. I booked a transfer online to my hotel 'Rixos Bab Al Bahr - Ras Al Khaimah.' Paid and received the booking acknowledgement. Then shortly afterwards asked they me to pay an additional amount as the hotel was not actually in Res Al Khaimah. I spoke with customer services who said I had to pay extra as there was a difference of some 25KM on the journey. I explained that yes, I was aware of that and that the hotel was actually 25KM CLOSER than the centre of RAK. I.e the overall journey was 25KM LESS than I was paying for. I then got some scripted nonsense that they work closely with their local geography experts blah blah. Look at Google maps Suntransfers, you don't have to be a genius to see you are wrong.”
