“We DID always use Suntransfers, however they are quick to take your money and chase you for an order if you do not complete a booking but do not respond to email tickets and no way to contact direct if you have had an issue with the service. Be Warned!”

“First review I've ever submitted! AVOID SUNTRANSFERS appalling service, we arrived at airport slightly delayed. My wife and children went to get our luggage, I stood with the driver he then disappeared!!. My wife who speaks Spanish spoke to another driver he was chatting too, who said he had left as we were a no show!@@ Tried to call them no answer. To make it worse they cancelled our return trip with a few hours to go. Had to spend another 100 euros to get to Palma. An absolute disgrace!@ Avoid at all costs”

“Never turned up for our return pickup !! Called office after 10 minutes. They took 20 mins to call back and promised driver arrives in 9 minutes. He never came Had to book another cab, FIFTY mins later. Woke kids up early for 7.20 departure. They could’ve had a longer sleep. To have to leave 50 minutes later than planned for our return flight home…. Would NEVER recommend or use again ourselves. 4 out of 5 good ratings is too low to depend on your family not being that 1, like mine.”

“I booked and pre-payed for Suntransfers to collect me from Cancun airport however they failed to pick me up and I had to take a taxi! There was also no way of contacting them as it kept going to answer machine. When I looked at the return pick up time they scheduled, it was way to early and would have had us waiting at the airport for over 3 hours. When I asked them to move it forward an hour they where incredibly unhelpful and refused because it was outside of 48 hours. I requested a refund which they also refused. I had to re-book a transfer with the hotel leaving 1.15 hours later than they scheduled, as recommended by the hotel and still arrived at the airport 2 hours before the flight time. Clearly they had scheduled to suit themselves, not us.I would never use them again and certainly wouldn't recommend them - terrible experience and awful customer service! Date of experience: August 09, 2023”

“DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Flight was delayed arriving to Malaga airport .. We rang the company to let them know .. They said a driver will be waiting for us at the later time which we would be arriving … When we arrived there was no driver . We called the company and they told us to take a taxi .. On the day we were flying home they called us an hour early to say traffic was busy so they will need to pick us up 50 minutes earlier than what we wanted .. To no surprise there was no traffic and we were hanging around the airport for too long with small kids .. Would definitely not recommend using this company ..”

“I booked a transfer from Catania Airport to the hotel and the return, with few weeks before I need it. For the first transfer, the Company cancelled the transfer two days before this to occur and I had to find in the last moment another transfer solution. It's true that because some issues at Catania Airport, the flight it was transferred to other Airport, but the Airport from Catania, assured the transfer from that Airport to Catania, so the final transfer to the hotel it was done from Catania Airport and the other Company that I booked, contacted me as they can do the transfer to the hotel from Catania Airport. For the return, because of the same issues at Catania Airport the flight it was transferred to another Airport. Because of this, I had to change the pick up time for shuttle transfer to Catania Airport, when the flight Company informed me about the Airport change. After I changed the pick up time, I was called by call center to inform me that they not have an available car for the requested time and Suntransfers cancelled my booking. I short time I succeed to book a shuttle again with the other Company. Unfortunately Suntransfers didn't refunded the payment for the return booking, that was cancelled by Suntransfers. Despite of the fact that I was called by call center to inform me that they not have a available car and will cancel the ride, it is absolutely impossible to contact Suntransfers to discuss with someone and claim the money for cancelled shuttle.”

“!!!DO NOT USE!!! We paid everything in advance. The driver told us he would be there at 11:40 am. Then, he didn’t show up so we called. The company said that he would be there at 1 pm. After waiting for another 15 minutes, they told us that he wouldn’t come. We took a taxi for replacement and the taxi driver said THAT ITS A SCAM AND TO NOT PAY FOR THIS COMPANY.”

“Had transfer problems on both arrivals and departures. On arrival they were a no show. Rang customer service, but it was all in Spanish so struggled to understand what happened. They sent a public taxi to pick us up. On departure they picked up the wrong people so left us stranded at reception. Ended up in local taxi again and delayed for our flight home. A lot of panic.”

“I arrived at Izmir airport but there were no drivers waiting. I checked everywhere and then told by the customer service team that I should have waited at the arrivals lounge. After waiting more and calling the customer service again I found out there were no drivers arranged due to an administrative error. Don’t bother. It’s a scam.”

“Espetacular, A marcação fácil de fazer. O nosso avião chegou 1 hora atrasado e estavam à nossa espera. levaram-nos à porta do hotel (não sei se fazem isto em todos os hotéis ou se tivemos sorte). No dia do regresso enviaram a mensagem a marcar a hora e o local de encontro. À hora marcada estavam à nossa espera. Aconselho totalmente. Serviço excelente.”

“Everything runs like clockwork, good use of technology to keep you informed and when we realised we had booked the incorrect return date just a day before we needed it they managed to change our booking with no additional fees. Will definitely use again.”

“We were emailed at 21.41 yesterday to say our transfer from Lisbon cruise port to the airport was cancelled. It was due to pick us up at 09.55 this morning. Luckily the taxi rank outside of the cruise terminal had one taxi that was able to take us. Extremely disappointed.”

“My expetience with Suntransfer is more than excellent. Everything in time wirh polite and amazing driver in Naples. I had very difficult situation at the beggining of my vacation and Suntransfer driver saved my vacation. I forgot my backpack in taxi with all documents and all cash that I had with me for vacation..i contacted Emergency center by phone and in one hour I had everything as I left . He brought everything in front of my hotel. Everything free of charge. I am more than satisfied. This is my transfer choice forever.”
