“Stay in Seville, 2 days before departure we find out that a marathon has been organized on Sunday departure day. We will inform Suntransters about the event and suggest another pick-up location. Trail is completely closed. But for Suntransfers this is not necessary and there is no problem!! Day of departure, everything closed... Driver was still able to enter, but outside.... Contacted Suntransfers at that moment. While calling, the phone was cut off... Watts app... No answer... After repeatedly texting Watts what to do, we were allowed to take a taxi. Now Suntransfers has refused to refund the amount owed to us, due to unforeseen circumstances!!! An annual event is no exception!!! And certainly not when the customer informs you 2 days in advance!!! scandalous”

“Airport Tenerife sud. I booked and payed in advance since we were traveling with my parents and my grandchildren (age 3,2 and 1/2). There were nobody to meet us with our name in the arrival sone. Then we went to the desk 36 and had to stand in line. When it was my turn we had to wait 15 min for the taxi. They had seats for the infant og the child. At pick ut from the hotel they met on time for us. But arrived 15 min late for my other family. When they arrived at the airport they also had to go to the desk 36 and stand in line. Then wait for the taxi, and when the taxi came the driver should have a break so they sat in the taxi 15 min waiting. The driver drive fast so they felt unsafe. When they should be picked up at the hotel to get to the aiport no driver showed up. The called him after 11 min after sceduled time, and the driver said he was 3 min away. That is 15 min late. But they could not find the driver and nobody looked for them so after 30 min late they were picked up. They almost missed the flight. Dont use Suntransfer if you think it would be a smooth pickup and reliable regarding time and apointment.”

“I had booked a transfer from Dubai airport to the Palm. Received a confirmation sent. Upon arrival in Dubai, the contact person was difficult to find. He called Sun and our transfer was not on the dd list, he called again, but no transport was possible. I just had to send a message and I would get my money back. I received an email that I should have called myself, you will not get your money back. Shameful!! Scam!!”

“Load of rubbish. Arrived at Tenerife....Basically after 30 minutes,.escorted to the Taxi rank where they flag one of their mates down and shove you in a standard Taxi You can do this yourself, for less money and get there quicker! Do Not Use!!!!”

“Waited 50 minutes for our transfer to the airpirt. Numerous international phone calls (being kept on hold too) and promises of "it will be 20 minutes", "15 minutes", "another 5 minutes". Finally, we had no option but to go to a taxi rank and hail a cab. Just made it to the flight in time. Shocking service. It was clear that the booking had been completely forgotten, and then the mistake was compounded by promising a cab that was never going to materialise.”

“My experience with Suntransfers:we were supposed to see a transfer waiting for us at Barcelona cruise terminal at 9.00 am.The day before I had informed the company of the arrival time of the ship,5.00 am, and our debarcation time,9.00 am.So we were outside at 9.00 am.No transfer!After 15 min. I telephoned the spanish branch and asked what had happened.Answer:we were there at 5.00 am,trird to contact,no answer and left.We have no driver available,you'l have to take a local taxi!!(?) and that was it.What about me informing them the day before and their answer we'll take care of it.You call that service?For us NO MORE”

“Booked a transfer from the Barcelona airport to our hotel. We were charged and not given the service. Suntransfers refused to refund our pre-payment and our Credit Card company attempted to get the refund without success.”

“As a business owner myself, I do not enjoy seeing negative reviews but do yourself a favour and do NOT book with this company. We booked and paid for our transfer and our flight was on time, however, getting through customs was a slow and arduous process. We only had carry on luggage but it took an hour to exit the airport. We then found out our shuttle had left without us as “we only wait an hour” and obviously do not monitor flights. They then said they had no shuttles for us as they were all booked and suggested taking a cab for an additional $220 (one way). After 45 minutes of “negotiations” we were able to get another shuttle for $95, but they made sure we paid up front before telling us the location of the “new” shuttle (we thought they might not hold up their end). Left us with a bad taste in our mouth for this organization and very poor customer service! Find another honest company!!”

“No había nadie esperando en el sitio acordado. Me llamaron en un Inglés mal hablado, diciendo que tardarían un rato en llegar y que saliera fuera a la calle, a esperar, con temperatura de cero grados. Después de varias llamadas y esperando en la calle, más de media hora, nos ha recogido. Ha llegado media hora tarde y hemos perdido tiempo de nuestro viaje, además de la incomodidad de esperar en la calle. Muy descontento con el servicio, no lo volveré a utilizar y mucho menos lo recomiendo a nadie. Buscaros otra agencia de transporte.”

“Met een reisgezelschap van 13 personen hebben we onze transfer van luchthaven naar hotel en vise versa via Suntransfers geboekt. Keurig op tijd, goede communicatie met Suntransfers over ophaaltijd. Ik kan hen prima aanbevelen.”

“I do NOT recommend Suntransfers. I received an email 12 hours prior to my pickup time stating the shuttle I reserved 4 weeks prior for 7 people, had been canceled, without remedy. I was on a cruise ship and happened to get internet service for a short period the night prior to getting back to Fort Lauderdale. Earlier in the day, I had received a text confirmation from the shuttle company (turns out to be a 3rd party that SunTransfers contracted with) which I responded to confirm, then immediately this 3rd party company text messaged that they would not be our shuttle service provider and our booking had been sent to another company. 4 hours later is when I received the email from Suntransfers that my booking was canceled. I had to get an Uber to a car rental company to rent 2 vehicles for our family and luggage, then my son and I drove back to our cruise ship port to pickup my family so we could drive the hour to the airport. We almost missed our flights. Disappointed that Suntransfers not only failed to provide a service for which we paid, but canceled so last minute without any attempt to help us. I would not recommend Suntransfers for any travel needs.”

“Cancelled transportation from the airport after taking money, the night before we were due to fly. Informed the refund was processed immediately and it would take no longer than 10 days. 2 weeks later still awaiting a refund. Tried to call, options lead you in a loop and refers you to a website with a 24 hour live chat, which is a bot. Sent an email and live chat had no reply. Looks like Section 75 is my only option. Shocking Customer Service. Avoid.”

“I would not recommend this company. While they may have successfully executed many orders in the past, reliability and consistency are crucial in today's world. No one wants to risk being stranded in a foreign country without guidance. Unfortunately, our experience mirrored these concerns. Despite previous negative reviews indicating a pattern, the company failed to pick us up and remained uncommunicative for nearly two weeks. Company did not even issue an apology, not to mention a refund… After being stuck in a foreign airport with no knowledge of the language, with no cell phone service or Wi-Fi we ended up hiring a local taxi. Their unreliability and lack of assistance are concerning. Moreover, charging us for a service they didn't provide feels like a form of theft.”

“Booked taxi didn’t turn up, no answer from office or online. We were just left stranded and had to use local taxi to get to airport, which was actually cheaper. Still haven’t been refunded two months later. Credit card company had to intervene to refund me. Terrible overpriced service, would not use them again.”

“I booked and paid for a round transfer from Langkawi airport to Telegar Harbour. Arriving was ok, the driver texted that he was outside the airport. I was surprised at the appearance of the car and driver. Both were quite scruffy! However, on our return there was no car waiting for us. We waited 13 minutes past the due time and were anxious because we had quite a tight schedule for our plane. The security police at the harbour called a taxi for us because there was nobody around at this time. I complained immediately and today, 9 days later, I had a ‘standard’ response stating that their drivers only waited 10 minutes! This is appalling customer service response. We were there well before our driver was due! They did not read my complaint. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY again. There are other, far better people to use. Additionally they were four times more expensive than arranging transport on arrival. They should be ashamed of themselves. They know they failed to deliver.”

“Driver did not meet us at Arrivals in Tenerife. Had to find the Subtranfers stand where the driver was waiting. Be sure to read your travel voucher for meeting instructions.”

“Horrible el servicio. Pretendían recogerme del alojamiento con 5 horas de antelación a la salida del vuelo, cuando el aeropuerto está a sólo 20 minutos del alojamiento, y no suele haber tráfico. Me avisaron sólo 24 horas antes de la salida del vuelo, y cuando les comunico que quiero cancelar el Servicio, me informan que no me devuelven el dinero porque no lo he cancelado con 48 horas de antelación, cómo puedo cancelar con 48 horas de antelación si me lo comunican con sólo 24 horas? Ni se les ocurra contratar con esta compañía”
