“I can’t really make a positive or negative comment yet, other than the poor communication. I’ve had no confirmation email or call, and I’ve tried calling, but couldn’t get through. I appreciate it’s Christmas, but thought I would’ve heard something by now!!”

Good afternoon and happy new year. For the benefit of all of our customers, we had included a pop-up notification of the dates our offices are closed on our website as our offices were closed from the 22nd of December to the 4th of January, due to your attempt to contact us was between these dates, unfortunately, there was no member of staff to return your messages or answer your phone calls. “The quality of the Chateau mix tiles were poorer than I had expected. The surface layer of several slabs had been chipped and this caused the top 3 mm to delaminate and fall off, and one of the slabs had cracked in half. Customer service allowed me to drive to the nearest depot (35mins by car) and pick up a replacement, only to find it had a hairline fracture when I got home. Let’s hope they don’t crack when they are laid!”

"Good afternoon, unfortunately, due to how fragile natural stone tiles are, damages can occur on rare occasions. We had arranged for you to collect a replacement tile upon your request however, we had kindly requested that you inspect items being collected onsite as we can not be held accountable for any damages that may occur once the customers depart our warehouse site. "

“Ordered travertine - a notoriously fragile and crumbly stone - and they look perfect. A few arrived broken, but they sent replacements fast and with no quibble. Good service, good price, great tiles - what more to ask?”

“Overall happy with the product, however the price was the same as B&Q so it wasn't worth paying for delivery which was expensive. The tile quality was below average too which was disappointing.”

Hi, Thank you for your review. We are bit puzzled with the comments where it says "overall happy with the product as well as quality below average". Please note that the all charges are visible on our shopping cart, there are no hidden fees, and displayed before the payment page. Due to the current economical situation, unfortunately all prices and costs have gone up, however we still believe we are one of the most competitive company in the market for like for like products.

“Lots of damaged tiles in the delivery, they constantly trying to push the responsibility to the courier, but in reality it’s their fault. The refund process is slow and not responsive, still no words from them after sending them the photo proof. The tiles are thinner than usual, hence more prone to crack, and that’s why they are cheap. Quality are average.”

Hi, Thank you again for your order with us. Natural stones are very fragile items and unfortunately during the haulage process damages can sometimes occur, we do our best to then handle all cases as swiftly as possible. Your order included 129 tiles of which 4 was reported damaged to us on arrival, however, your statement that there were "lots of damaged tiles on delivery" we feel is not an accurate statement in this case. Your full refund for the 4 damaged tiles was agreed and has already been processed. All our items are accurately described on our website and you have received the described tile with the measurements of both size and thickness with the industry standard tolerance in any variation therefore, your tiles on your order were as thin/thick as described on our website.

“Very happy with the service and the stone tiles (Luna Silver Marble tumbled). Only one chipped in transit. We were looking for a stone floor that would be light and not show the dirt and that could have a grey grout. This stone tile ticks all those boxes, we thought we wanted a slightly bigger tile but once it arrived we were very happy with the size. I have included a photo of the tiles dry laid as we haven't laid them yet.”

“We ordered a consignment of Carrara White Marble tiles with a very short deadline. The tiles arrived promptly and are of very high quality making a superb job. A few tiles needed to be replaced due to chipped corners in transit. These are being replaced by next day post - with no argument or delay. Faye and Oscar have both been very helpful on the phone and by email. Highly recommended - the effect of natural marble is hard to beat for a beautiful wall!!”
