“We have been a customer for 5 years, very happy with the service, we had to use our cover twice and both time it was dealt with professionally and with a very fast response. They didn't hiked our premium after the calls out.”

“I've used Start Rescue for seven years. The app works well and a recovery vehicle has always arrived within the quoted time. I get a loyalty discount in spite of calling for assistance. No need to look elsewhere.”

“Joining process is transparent and straightforward, price competitive. However, the system for entering your address leads to confusion. Despite my making at least three attempts, the system retained part of my former address. Called the company and asked the agent to change it in the Customer Lounge. He failed to do so. Needs addressing urgently.”

“Over the years I’ve been with Start Rescue I’ve had to call them out a few times. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the process. Nowadays it’s all managed via the app and you get a series of updates to let you know what’s going on. They use the closest local garage and I’ve always been sorted very quickly. After having been with the more well known breakdown services in the past I can honestly say I’d never use anyone else now.”
