“Had barely signed up for Start-Rescue Cover when sought their assistance due to my car failing to start one morning for no apparent reason. My call to Start Rescue was dealt swiftly and politely by a member of your team, a mechanic subsequently arrived in a short space of time, identified the problem which necessitated car being transported to my local garage. Got my car back later that day.”

“Only needed to use Start Rescue once, and received very prompt service which identified and resolved my problem very quickly. When dealing direct with the office for my latest renual found the staff very polite and helpful, very good value for money.”

“I tried to renew via the App but it "stuck" at the payment stage so I had no option but to phone and renew my cover via your very helpful and pleasant employee. I've never ever had to call on you for the breakdown services but if I ever do I've no doubt that I will be treated in the same way.”
